I ordered the Rebecca ring for my friends 30th Birthday and after wearing it for only 2 days a stone has already fallen out, also a little disappointed with the rose gold colour.

I placed an order over 3 weeks ago and it still hasn’t shipped. I’ve emailed customer service twice and haven’t gotten any responses. I was going to use the two rings I ordered as wedding bands but now I have to make other plans, in addition to being $90 in the hole. Very dissatisfied.

I ordered several rings that are the quality that I was expecting, they're beautiful. I received them 12 days after they were shipped, so prepare to be patient. When I did get them, one ring wasn't the one I ordered. Communication with the company was extremely easy and painless. The correct ring was shipped to me right away. I would say their communication throughout the entire process was stellar. I'm a happy customer and will purchase from them again.
