I have bought several pieces. I wear my rings 24/7. The rose gold on the Joyce rings has worn off. The yellow gold plating on the Sasha ring has worn off on the bottom. My little leaf earrings are a delight..again, in 24/7. I ordered the Clementine necklace weeks ago and it is still not here. I reached out and was told a gift would be sent from their Amazon store..but nothing has come and no shipping notice about that so I am I the dark. Waiting for items to come from China is a bit ridiculous. There is a reason there is a saying about "a slow boat to China"...

I love my rings! I waited 2 weeks but they are really pretty! The two gold ones are a little different in color, but still, the rings look very unique and expensive!

"Received an Empty Box"
I ordered one ring and won a “mystery gift” along with the ring. When the package arrived there were two jewelry boxes, one containing earrings and another completely empty box. I didn’t get the ring I ordered, I just got a box. I emailed them and they said they would rush ship me a new ring to arrive within two days so that I may have it before Christmas. They didn’t give me a new tracking number or order number or anything. I even reached out again asking for a tracking number after two days had passed. So now it’s Christmas, I’m down $60, I don’t have a ring and I have some flimsy earrings I didn’t order or choose.

"Scam"
I believe this is a scam. I ordered some rings for my sister on 11/29 and 2 of the 3 rings are just arriving today 12/24 (outside the 15 business day promise). They arrived in an unmarked pink box that was dirty and bent up. Inside the box was two rings in clear plastic bags with generic stickers indicating the size. Definitely not hand crafted or a presentable as a gift. There was no indicating this was even from Blush and Bar, it came from China and had a Chinese women's name as the return address. The outside packaging says the package includes 1 ring and 1 necklace which just adds to the strange experience. This was also unable to be tracked for the first 15 business days. The other blush and bar box I received was black and at least marked blush and bar and came marked as from there on the shipping information. Very sketchy. When you get the rings you will notice that they are DEFINITELY not worth $100. They are something you could find at target 3 for $10 or like another reviewer said -gumball machine rings. As a reminder these rings are 3 for $100- 3 rings in plastic bags with generic size stickers in two unmatching beat up boxes that are bent and dirty!! Refund?? This is a huge scam.
Side note: is there a way to be taken off the email distribution list?? Don't need a reminder daily about this experience.

"Website sucks"
Website sucks. Tried to purchase 3 rings via Instagram add. Couldn’t check out and as I tapped on everything I soon had a $300 order when I just wanted 3 rings! Then went to website via Google and my shopping cart followed me. Unable to delete items. I’ll shop where it’s not so difficult. They need help with their website!!

"Yikes - No Items"
Yikes - I went ahead and took a chance on this company during a Black Friday sale and now I know better. Still no product, no clear shipping details (has been just sitting around since the 29th - it is the 11th today) and I wanted these for a holiday party. But, hey, at least I got a cool e-mail with a really snotty attitude about people expecting items to be shipped in a timely manner. I think I'll just look for another company after I get my refund.

I was kind of unsure whether to trust them or not but I'm glad I did! My ring looks so beautiful! It looks even better in person than in pictures. I showered with it on and the gold is still shiny. :)

Companies often state they will enforce their products for however long, and when the time comes to get the replacement they are very hard to get ahold of, along with your much promised replacement.
I received over an hour of personal support from Emily with regards to a ring that needs to be replaced, I received no issues with this request and along with the pictures I sent, no further questions were asked, and no shipping payment was requested like other companies often do.
I often get compliments on my blushbar rings and will continue to promote their products to those who ask, and will be sure to let them know the honesty behind the company's policy and the great customer service they will receive if ever needed.
