This Company has its customer Service in India & you can’t understand Anything they are saying, it was the most frustrating conversation I ever had. Don’t Use this Company!!! They take your money & they don’t give you the services promised.

"I just searched through this provider…"

OK, so I am EXCITED to say that VICTOR came through! I had a LOT of concerns with this purchase and trying to get my money back after reading all of the reviews and I was freaking out. The original people I dealt with were rude and seemed very uninterested in getting my situation fixed. However, VICTOR WAS AMAZING!!! He was able to get me my cancellation email confirmation and my money is already back on my card only 24 hours after it posted. THANK YOU VICTOR!
If you have any issues please ask for VICTOR. BTW if you cancel after 24 hours your situation will not be as easily rectified. Please keep that in mind.

"SCAM - THIEVES"

SCAM ALERT
I am trying to find all ways way to report them.
I contacted them by mistake as their number came up when I was searching for Delta’s number.
I was talking to somebody regarding some plane ticket and realized he was not being truthful about some details on the tickets (time between plane, pets allowed on board....) , so I decided to not purchase through them.
I had already given my credit card info but as I was still on the call, I told them I needed to cancel. (He had advised me that I had 48 hours to do so).
I received a confirmation email for the cancellation, saying that my credit card wouldn’t be charged.
I NEVER RECEIVED A TICKET.
And my card was indeed FRAUDULENTLY CHARGED and the charges come from delta airline. (Myflightsearch purchased the tickets on Delta.com with my card info).
Since the charged come from Delta, my bank was not able to dispute the charged and therefore I LOST $2000.

This is THEFT should be reported to
Authorities. I’m looking into this.

"Avoid this company if they continue to work with TravelAvion"

I don't know if my problem is with myFlightSearch or TravelAvion who performs the back office work. I booked 22 tickets to Denver, CO for a Scout Trip to Philmont. Due to wildfires, our trip was canceled and both United and myFlightSearch agreed to provide refunds. While United refunded very quickly, myFlightSearch and TravelAvion have not yet issued the refund. I have been owed $3,575.42 since July, 2018. Similar to others, I have been promised the refund would come in 1 - 2 billing cycles, 1 more cycle, 2 more weeks, etc. Still no refund. Do not use myFlightSearch if they continue to be associated with TravelAvion! My booking numbers are:

Original post was Feb 18 - here's the update after 7 weeks since it looks below like the company wanted to make things right:

Victor was very good about following up with me and sent me a check for the full refund amount on March 1 - unfortunately, it bounced.

Victor called to follow up and requested wiring instructions from me on March 14. I gave him the instructions on March 19 and that is the last I have heard from this company.

Legal actions are now in progress.

"Don't do it! SCAM SCAM SCAM"

Don't do it! Saw a great deal, book right away. Then got the call. Message said my address on my credit card was wrong.. I knew it wasn't but called anyways, asked if they could verify with me. Girl says so you booked for 4 people to Orlando total $1128.14.. She then says let me see if a can book you a better deal. Im thinking yesss even cheaper. No no no.. Lol she then says my flight is no longer available and can only get my dates for $50 more a person. Scam!
Then I say no I want my deal. Transfer to customer service, they confirm my credit card info was always correct, tell me they will get financing to process and I'll receive an e-ticket. I ask why all of a sudden the deal is available when person who transfered me said it wasn't. Don't worry he says. So no e-tickets waited about 30 min. Decided to read reviews again. Then canceled my credit card. JUST DON'T DO IT!

"SCAM COMPANY"

I accidentally booked a ticket thru my flight search and called back to canceled. My flight search sent me an email to notify me my refund will be issued, well 8 months later the refund has not been issued nor received. I have called this company every 2-weeks and all I get is BS to give them more time, like 9 months is not sufficient time for money to be refunded to your credit card. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM.

"The reason for the flight was to attend a funeral"

The reason for the flight was to attend a family member, nephew who died in a trailer fire, and funeral was on Friday Feb1, 2019 and we flew back to SFO on Sat Feb 2, 2019. On Weds Jan 30, 2019 I mistakenly called this 3rd party to book the flight on Feb 2, "My Flight Search", and thinking we were talking to Jet Blue discussed the price and seats(with extra leg room). Conf # QNZKGB....booking #22043. The person fumbled and didn’t know what type of plane it was and the seat configuration and I said, "are you Jet Blue” and he said no. We said please cancel everything and he said he did. And egregious too, the flight they booked was for Jan 30, the day we called, and not Feb 2.

I got a cancellation email…please see below.

On my American Express Bill I see charges for this flight and on Jan 30 when we were talking about Feb 2. $99.00 and $225.29 each twice. I call Jet Blue and they said we were “no shows”. I contact a few times"My Flight Search" and want to talk to Customer Service but the rep said he/she were Customer Service and they were all adamant they did not book or charge for this flight. Well someone at that 3rd party company wanted the fee or commission because a flight as I said was booked and on Jan 30, not Feb 2. Jet Blue said there is nothing they could do about this and to make sure I call them directly in the future. There is no way American Express could have charged my Account with his flight unless they and maybe it was a mistake but admit it and settle with Jet Blue who wants to be paid $99 and $225.29 twice for 2 tickets= $648.58.

"Managers were quick to save us our flights!"

We found an awesome deal on flights on myflightsearch, but we ended up losing them. We were unsure what to do since we had already purchased hotels and accommodations. Myflightsearch saw our problem and took it to the managers who could help, getting us flights again! Will for sure be using myflightsearch again.

"DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!!!!"

I would give this “company” 0 stars. Booked a flight through their website and 10 min later I got a phone call, their rep said that my flight was not confirmed and to call back. I called back and supposedly they couldn’t find my booking number information stating that it “probably didn’t go through”. (I should’ve known better as no flight booking company ever calls back to ‘verify or confirm’ a charge) anyway l I decide to book another flight assuming the first booking didn’t got through. I booked with spirit airlines or so I thought. I decide to check my my bank statement and to my surprise I see two charges, one for American Airlines and the other for spirit. I called them once again and they inform me that both reservations are through American Airlines, clearly I see that it is through spirit because I’m looking to my card charges. The amounts they charged are completely different to the amount they’re saying we’re supposed to be.
This is a MESS. They promised to cancel both reservations and refund my money. I’m waiting eagerly. I should’ve known better.....
