They over charge my credit card and when they gave me the refund they are saying this is a good Will gesture after 6 weeks they processed after calling and calling and calling their call center
To be frank save your self the headaches and do not get involved with any of their lucrative deals because they will charge you extra I have proof against this company

"Fradulaent company"

They are only receiving 1 star because 0 is not an option. This is absolute fraud. We purchased a ticket in May 2018 it is now December 2018 and we still have not been issued a refund. We are told weekly that the refund will be issued within 24-48 hours. The same line from May 2018 to December 2018. There is no manager to escalate the call to. When we demand to speak to a manager they hang up the call. Do yourself the favor and go directly to the airline! There is no reason to have to beg for your own money.

I've book SIX hotel room's on 2th december, and never get the reservation on the hotel until now. They just want your money. They just rip your wallet. They're just eat our trust. They just make a fake booking just for make us believe that we're allready get what we want. DO NOT EVER TRUST THIS AGENCY. AND FOR TRUST PILOT, PLEASE RESET YOUR VALUATION FOR THIS SITE. "Fraudulent Transaction"

We booked a flight with these fraudulent people from Los Angeles to Chicago on October 28, 2018. We spoke with Peter, which is not his real name. They are operating this from some Asian countries, I guess it's India. So here is the whole story. We missed a flight and I told "Peter" the whole story and he said "not to worry, I will give you a credit of $472 on your next flight but you will have to pay for the tickets now" to which we agreed and booked the tickets. Email from them was supposed to come within 24 hours but it's been 3 days and I still don't see any email from them except for some random promotional offers.When I called them earlier today, they transferred my call to a Spirit Airlines customer care. I had to hang up and call them again and spoke with "Stacy" (again not her real name) who transferred my call to her customer care and they transferred my call to someone superior to them. Is this what these guys call a customer service? This is a SCAM. PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR IT. I am going to dispute the charge and get what I was promised. This is an honest review by an overly frustrated customer.

I thought I was calling Alaska Airlines to book a flight I found on Google Flights, but somehow (completely unbeknownst to me) I was directed to the number 1-833-200-3163, but the actual Alaska airline number is 1-800-252-7522. Throughout the entire booking phone conversation I thought I was talking to an AK Airlines agent. I asked about several flight itineraries because I was trying to find an affordable way to fly my 14 year old to Seattle by herself. When I asked why the fares I was being quoted on the phone were so much higher than what I had seen online, the booking agent said it was because I was booking a ticket for a minor and ANY traveler under the age of 18 MUST pay an extra "unaccompanied minor" fee to travel alone. In the end, I bit the bullet and purchased the ticket because I had no choice on the fees. I was told the airfare of $358 would appear on my bank statement separately from the earlier mentioned fees of $200, but that the total charge would be $558. I was told this would cover all taxes and fees for the minor's ticket. When it came time to travel, my husband was the one to check our daughter in at the airport, and what do you know, NO unaccompanied minor fees had been paid, and it turns out they aren't even required above the age of 13!! This was a total SCAM! This is a very dishonest company that has well-trained liars posing as airline agents giving out false information. I should have known something was up when the e-ticket confirmation came from a 3rd party company called Travel Avion. It appears that they have multiple aliases on the web and a web or phone re-direct system to trick you into thinking you're talking to the airline directly. I can't for the life in me figure out how I ever got connected to the 1-833-200-3163 phone number, but BE AWARE!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Update: Shortly after posting a review on a couple of websites such as this one, I received a phone call from a nice man in customer service named Victor. He explained why it was taking so long to process my refund and assured me that my money was on its way. I received my refund a few days later. He also offered me a voucher for my troubles. Overall, I am satisfied. My money was probably on its way all along, I simply panicked because I wanted my flight booked. Thank you Victor!

I booked a $420 flight to Hawaii with them. Received a confirmation email shortly after. A few days later, I got a very unclear message on my answering machine saying my reservation had not gone through. However, the amount had already been charged to my card.

When I spoke to the first representative on the phone, I was told my flight had been cancelled and I would get my refund in 2-3 business days. I proceeded to speak with another 4 representatives. Each one told me different information, one of which said I would receive my money within 14 business days. I have yet to receive my money. Will be happy to update this review when/if I do.

"Thieves - stay away"

Booked a flight for my daughter. Within minutes of receiving a confirmation, I received a telephone call with a rep from Myflightsearch telling me that he could not give me the confirmed price of $341. The price had gone up almost $100. After much protest, I told him to cancel the reservation. NEVER has something like this happened to me. I went on Orbitz and got the ticket for $20 lower than I originally booked $321. These people are thieves. I called back to speak to a Supervisor and was told they were unable to connect me with a Supervisor. Then a rep came back and said I would need to wait 20 minutes which is allowing me the time to post this review. Thieves!

"It's a Scam, Plain and Simple"

On the 24th, I was quoted a flight for $313. On the 25th, I was told that that price had not been secured in time (which was somehow my fault) and the new price was $360; I agreed to this and was sent a 'confirmation email' to make record of my booking request (this confirmation number is useless, it's literally just 15 random digits that don't do anything). Two days later, I had not been issued a ticket, so I called back. I was asked to give them just 4 more hours. After 6 hours, I still had not received a ticket. I called back, was told to wait 40 more minutes. Two hours later, I called American Airlines and they were able to confirm that MyFlightSearch had tried to book a ticket but had failed to provide my information and the ticket had not been issued. I called MyFlightSearch again, and they said they would secure my $360 ticket overnight. When I woke up in the morning, I still had not been issued a ticket. I called back and asked to speak once more with customer service, and was promptly hung up on. When I got a hold of them again, they refused to transfer me to customer service, and a 'booking agent' instead tried to bully me into a $640 dollar ticket. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should you ever use this service, or trust that the prices advertised on their websites are real; they are arbitrarily generated to entice you to give them your credit card information so that 5 days later they can just book you the ticket at full price and lament the fact that "booking these tickets is just not that easy". Booking airline tickets is easy, I've done it 100 times, and I rue the day that google made them the top result when I looked up my flight. I've reported my experience to the BBB (which will likely do nothing) and will make further efforts to have this absolute SCAM of a booking site revealed for what it is; a half-baked credit card fraud program. Please also note that there are a large number of fake positive scores on here for agents who have colours for last names who provided amazing service; these are all just being generated by the fraudsters to inflate the score on this site. If the price is too good to be true, that's because it is. Be smarter than I was, and protect yourself.
