MyFlightSearch.com Booking No 89131905
Victor- went above and beyond to help me with booking and clarifying the flight for my puppy. I couldn't have asked for a more patient guy- as there were problems with my phone, I could not hear well and there were times that I could not be reached. Thank you Victor!

"I am a happy customer"
I have booked several trips through myflightsearch and never had a problem. Last week I needed to visit my son in Atlanta and a familiar agent assisted me. Not to mention he voluntarily offered me senior discount!

"similar scam as 8/20/18 review and…"
similar scam as 8/20/18 review and possible criminal attempted False Pretense.
Called Norwegian Air at 1800 357 4159 to make a bid for upgrade to first class. unknown at the time but later discovered in looking up recent call history my call to NA was redirected to 1800 200 3168 that is the # for My Flight Search. Thinking i am talking to NA, MFS agent told me that my bid was too low and should be higher he then stated he would take info to upgrade my bid. he also stated that NA would refund already pre paid for checked luggage as first class luggage was free.We declined to upgrade but later did so on NA link. Upgrade was granted and we called NA Sept 1 to seek refund on prepaid. They advised that that was not their policy when advised their agent advised me so, they asked to let them know date and time of call history so they can determine what agent gave mis-information. it was then I discovered that my call to NA 1800357 4159NA was redirected to 1800 2003168 and MFS agent. Beware of this redirect phone call scam. BTW a call was made to MFS today, no answer and message left today requesting call back but no one has called me back

"“SCAMMERS”"
“SCAMMERS”
Update to this previous review. After posting this"Scammers" review on Trustpilot, MFS contacted me and promised to refund my $1802.06. They did, in fact, send the refund to my credit card. leaving my booked flights in tact.

Thought I was calling EVA air direct and somehow got routed to MyFlightSearch. I asked the first alleged "agent" , if my call is going directly to EVA air and he told me that he does the flight booking for EVA air. This "agent's" English was so bad, I could not understand him. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was handed off to supervisor "Bennett." He spoke fluent English and went ahead and booked me on the flights I had designated. Mind you, I am still thinking this is EVA air. Bennett then went over my itinerary with me and explained the fares I would be paying for the 5 segments of my trip. I asked that he find a lower fare on my Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City portion, as I was willing to book a nonrefundable ticket, which would cost less. Bottom line is they did book the flights, but when I looked at my credit card, they charged me an additional $1802.06 for an "agent fee!" Beware folks they hide this fee inside the alleged "E-Ticket" language they send you. DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY THESE PEOPLE, like I did

"Scam artists or take your money and cancel your flight"
I purchase a round-trip ticket for both my son and I. It was paid for immediately and they withdrew the funds. When I went to leave to come back from vacation I have been advised by American Airlines that they had canceled my return flight. They refused to do the funding and left me stranded at the airport. They told me to pull out my own credit card to pay for my next flight on a different airlines and I would be reimbursed within 48 hours. That was on Monday today is Friday and they still owe me over $800 and refused to pay it back. They will continue to send you email after email, tell you they have no supervisors, and then you will have to figure out how their system had a "glitch" per their rep BEWARE YOUR FLIGHT IS NEVER GUARANTEED. Repeat these people are not credible.

"Buyer Beware!!!"
8/16/18: I’m not one to typically write BAD reviews because it is tedious and time consuming, but I have had such a terrible experience in dealing with this online site that in this case I feel I need to as a WARNING to good honest people who just want a good deal and an inexpensive ticket for their travels. The Better Business Bureau of Nevada found Flight Search Inc. is doing business as—myflightsearch.com; MFS has its corporate office based at 4045 Spencer St. Ste 408, Las Vegas, NV 89119 Ph#: 702-333-2004. Per the Better Business Bureau this company established with them in 2016 and is in “Good Standing” with them as of 8/13/18, but I cannot see how after the trying experience I have been having with them and in reading the reviews I can see I am NOT the only one who has had problems. At the Utah BBB website they have two ratings a D+ and an A+ confusing right till you start reading the reviews. My situation is NOT an isolated incident. This is what has transpired as of today... I booked my flight, confirmed with Virgin Atlantic that the flight was booked only to HAVE IT CANCELLED THE NEXT DAY by MFS, who then, when I called them as requested by them, tried to sell me a more EXPENSIVE ticket blaming Virgin Atlantic for the flight/booking cancellation. The CSR told me that Virgin Atlantic cancelled the flight because the flight cost had gone up. Virgin Atlantic had by this time already confirmed with me BEFORE I CALLED MFS that they were NOT the ones that cancelled my booking/flight, the clearly told me the travel agency had cancelled my ticket. As for trying to sell me a more costly flight this was not the first time that an MFS agent(s) tried to UPSELL me to a pricier ticket. The first time happened when I was doing INITIAL online booking...a pop-up box advertising cheaper unlisted prices came up stating to call them for the unadvertised pricing & so I did. But the CSR told me that they did not have cheaper prices so after hanging up I continued on with my online booking. After the Cancellation: After calling the Better Business Bureau, calling the “corporate office & speaking to Maura who told me she didn’t handle the travel sales/bookings of the company and who basically referred to deal with call center based in India, I did get my flight re-booked and was issued an e-ticket. However, let me be very clear it was not before I vigorously protested the illegality of “Bait & Switch” tactics and practices, and it was NOT before going through several CSRs & Supervisors at the call center. I told the people I spoke to at call center that there were consumer laws protecting citizens in the U.S., and I told them I was going to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the Attorney General in Nevada, the Gov. office ( they handle online activity/commerce & crime), and the Federal Government’s Internet Crime Complaint Center (web address: ic3.gov). All that being said I am NOW on day four of dealing with company because even though the booked and issued me an e-ticket for my trip, the Travel Insurance I purchased was not and at the time of this writing still had not been transferred to the re-issued ticket as confirmed by Supervisor Steve x5017. He told me that it would be ten minutes after hanging up from him that a reprinted ticked showing the insurance and a correction of my telephone would be sent via email to me...it was NOT... Since speaking to Steve, several CSRs have told me to wait. First it was "wait another hour", then 24 hours, and then today 8/16/18 to give them ANOTHER 24 hours, and that they will re-print the ticket showing and verifying that my Travel Insurance through Travel Mates will be on it, and that my phone (which I have tried to have changed and corrected by at least 6-7 agents will be corrected & updated. At this point I distrust them so much, and I do feel like they are trying to put off, or simply just wear me down. Maura at the corporate office agreed that it should NOT have been so difficult, but that is all my experience with this company has been. I hope this helps you as a consumer, and if you do decide to do business with them, or have so already, and are having a hard time of it at least now you know and have all the information to contact the proper Government offices to complain to, and don’t forget to file one with the Better Business Bureau too. I wish I could post pictures but if you your research and look closely other consumer complaints you will a pattern. Thank You for your time.-AVA

"Terrible! Scammers! Do not use!"
This "company" is really just a bunch of scammers trying to steal your money. My wife got their information for an add when searching for flights. She thought she was talking to United Airline, not a bunch of scammers posing as a travel agency. Gave them our credit card number and they did not book our flights o make reservations. Charged us anyway. Having to dispute chargers with credit card company. They are the worst. Do not use no matter what!
