I had a time-critical order for a reunion with friends I had not seen in 40 years. After placing the order (very user-friendly), I awaited a shipping confirmation. I became concerned the next day, so I called. Ken answered the telephone and took personal responsibility to make sure my order would be delivered when I needed it. Email communications from start to finish were perfect. Thank you for going above and beyond. NB: as I should have, make sure you read the shipping policy before ordering so you know exactly what to expect. Ken excelled at solving my self-created issue.

Why haven't web designers caught on that we want ability to assign 0 stars? Horrible experience! $225 order placed June 8 ahead of visit to Asheville June 13. It is now June 20 and I am departing Asheville without ever seeing delivery. No, no trust! I will need to try and get my bank to stop payment.

two different orders- they took my money- never got a tracking number- then the cancelled one order- the second order they only had one of 2 bottles of what i wanted- they shipped it- it arrived- it was the wrong product. So unprofessional... I paid more than i should have because they only shipped one- and it was wrong- to boot

I had to change my shipping time at last minute so my best friend would get his birthday gift before he left his home. I was concerned it would turn into a nightmare and the liquor would not be delivered intime, but the Wooden Cork Support responded quickly and handled the issues with no hassle to myself, it was a great experience and plan on using Wooden cork for all my purchase going forward.

Waayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too much time to pack order, create label and ship! After calling to find out what takes soooooo long I was told that is a small company and it takes time. I own a small company and when we have a short coming, we HIRE someone that fits the need of the company. Sounds like someone up top is hoarding the profits and not growing the business. This is an easy fix. so far all of my transactions have had this problem. My order was placed on May 29th Order #250762. Its June 10th and still not showing anything but "Label Created" Just Sad!!!
