Vlebazaar.in is a fraud ! The customer service is a joke! I had tried to get my refund for several times for the order #3181673 and never received my refund! They say that they will refund the amount after 2 days! But they never do ! Its been like 5 months till date and never received the refund!

On 29.11.24 I ordered sony xb 55ap wired earphone from vlebaazar (order id-3384585) and same was cancelled on 09.12-2024 as the item was out of stock and asked for refund of Rs. 1556.10. Till date despite numerous follow up, I could not get refund. The company staff rarely pick up calls and every time they say it will take 7 days for refund. Few days back they mailed that my refund is under process. But they did not respond thereafter.

On 8.11.24 I booked mobile with vlebaazar (order 3347210) and as the delivery date was to long I cancelled the order on 11.11.24 and asked for refund of rs 2174. Till date despite numerous follow up, i could not get refund. The company staff rarely pick up calls and every time they say it will take 7 days for refund.
Few days back they mailed that my refund of rs 2174 is under process. But they did not respond thereafter.
AS PER THERE REPLY I TRIED WITH THE EMAIL THEY HAVE GIVEN IN THEIR REPLY. BUT NO REPLY
I AM VERY MUCH WORRIED ABOUT MY HARD EARNED MONEY

Yesterday they are again sending mail to wait for refund even after two months.
Very depressing
Simply this company is replying for the sake of replying. Guys please don't get cheated with this FRAUD COMPANY
THREE MONTHS OVER NO REFUND YET RECD.
Today 13.2.25, I received the following reply

SIMILAR REPLY RECD 2MONTHS BACK BUT NO REFUND CAME. SIMPLY A FRAUD COMPANY.

Every time I complain they give new ticket number and never reply my mails. Only a link is shared and I am worried they can hack my mobile.
Three months over. Still 2174 amt isnot refunded
