They have better price range compared to other website, that's how they draw the attention. But they don't have all the product as listed on the website. Once you place an order you got rob.
For me they delivered the product after a month, And still not delivered what was ordered. They delivered a cheep head phone, however I had order for a branded one. My order id #3289582 and invoice no is INV-2022-309349.
They didn't entertain my refund request. Call center never answered, ticket they keep closing with no reason.

WAY OF CHEATING IS

The item will be displayed on their site at a discount not available anywhere else . Then their site will advertise . So when we search for an item We can see their site next to the trusted site like Flipkart and Amazon The customer will place an order on their site because they saw the discount than other sites . Payment will be made in advance . By then only can their plan looting work out

After that, their drama begins…

Let me tell experience I had

They did not give us what we ordered If you get it, It will be unusable or damaged And then when we call their customer support they don't answer the call for a long time and if they pick up the phone, they will talk to the customer mockingly We have to say order id ten or fifteen times After calling them several times and we get the same reply that the dispatch will be in two days so we wish to cancel.

We will ask to cancel But they won't cancel it

It was canceled after two months of constant calling

Now how about their next step of drama is

When we call them, they don't pick up the phone Their customer support number keeps changing weekly

Why would they do that is

By saving previously purchased customers as fraud number Automatically the number will be mentioned as fraud list in Truecaller so when new people call them they will identify easily as scam so they are changing the number

So when we were calling continuously and when they picked up the phone After they ask for our order ID after that Our call will be placed a 20 minutes hold Until then we have to wait.If so wait , The reply will be like this If we call them on Monday They say they will refund on Friday and if we call on Friday they will say refund on Monday by saying this they will cut off the call

And so through continuous two-month calling after i

Saw a refund update on their site they were refunded to their wallets and i can't transact it or transfer it to my account ..but order status showing as refunded and money was not credited to my account

Present situation : They blocked my number and i Filed a complaint in the consumer forum Said to wait for 45 days

I ordered for DELL KM3322W Keyboard Mouse Combo Anti-fade Spill-resistant.. instead of that I have been sent HP wireless 330 keyboard mouse combo, I had to spend at least 2 hours to find issue with keyboard, when I opened it's bottom and tested the battery cell it was found totally exhausted, this reflects that the item is previously used or it is a returned/refurbished one.
Similar product is available for Rs. 604/- ... aIEALw_wcB
You may issue me refund for the remaining amount or take back the entire product and refund me entire amount pre-paid by me.
