I had ordered for One Plus Band on 2-09-2024 which was received on 11-09-2024. It arrived in a very bad packaging condition in a worn out One Plus Band box. Date of manufacture mentioned isJan 2021.
After putting the capsule for charging, the band is not switching on at all EVEN AFTER VARIOUS ATTEMPTS.
The strap too is black on both sides INSTEAD OF DUAL COLOUR AS ORDERED, loose lock button and capsule fits loosely into the strap.
I would like to return the Band AND GET FULL REFUND ASAP.
I am awaiting some response and acknowledgement of my complaint on the item supplied by you.

It's a total waste of time and money. Absolute fraud and scam. If you order on this scam site you will never see your money and product again. They don't dilivery anything and don't provide any refund. Just a bunch of scammers from Delhi running it. Do not use this website if you don't want to lose your time and money. Worst thing is this website is running for 2 - 4 years and no one seems to care, Rozorpay provide them payment gateway but when you email rozorpay they say they can't do anything about your lost money. India is truly a land of scammers.
