"It is a fraud website"

It is a fraud website, I ordered (Order ID: 2502474) keyboard and mouse, they sent me a toys even in damage condition.
I requested for return but by continuing follow up of 6 months, I stopped calling them. Whenever I called they used to say, it will be picked up by tomorrow which never came. Then they started taking in abusive manner.

I sent several emails but nothing happened. I complaint on online consumer forum but nothing happened.


I suggest better get away from these fraudsters

I brought mouse and they didn’t ship it for 20 days . After complaining on various platform of cyber fraud. They shipped item and that too wrong and cheap and non working mouse.

They collected 100% advance with order on 8th of Feb 2024 for seagate USB Hard disk. Never delivered the disk till day, 26-Aug-2024. several calls/ emails.. reply is it will be delivered in 2-3 days on calls and on emails tickets closed, issue resolved are the only messages from them.. forever the same replies. I asked them for supply or refund.. both are not happening.PLEASE DONT LOOSE YOUR MONEY TIME and RESOURCES...

Incident Details:

On 8th August 2024, I received the above-mentioned product. Upon opening the package, I found the keyboard box was taped up and torn. The keyboard itself was dirty, with hand smudges, and appeared to be a second-hand piece, contrary to the new condition stated on the website. Additionally, the keyboard was defective, with several keys not functioning.

Actions Taken:

Trouble Ticket: I raised a trouble ticket on Vle Bazaar’s website within 30 minutes of delivery. There has been no response to date.

Return and Replacement Request: I applied for a return and replacement request on the Vle Bazaar website under order details. There was no option for a refund.

Customer Support Call: I called the support number(+91 9355516337) immediately to report the issue. The customer care executive assured me that a return and replacement request had been raised and the faulty product would be picked up within 2 days.

Follow-Up Attempts:

10th and 12th August 2024: I called again and was told it would take 2-3 more days for the return and replacement. I requested written confirmation via email or ticket response but received none.

14th August 2024: I called thrice. The first two calls were deliberately held up when I mentioned filing a complaint with the consumer forum and an FIR. On the third call, they claimed a network issue. They had no valid reason for the delay and could not provide a clear answer on whether the product would be replaced or refunded.

Current Situation:

I urgently need the keyboard for my work, but the continuous delays and false promises from Vle Bazaar are causing significant inconvenience and frustration. This situation is unacceptable and appears to be fraudulent.

Thus, with no options left I have to raise a complaint on consumer forum as well as an FIR for it.

It is fraud ecommerce website. they sent me old used keyboard and mouse was in non working condition. I kept on calling, made 15 follow-ups calls, they did not process refund / return. My order number was 3159133. Don’t order anything, you will loose your money.
