I ajayveer singh babhra had a very harassing experience from vlebazaar. I ordered samsungs buds of 4199 rs on 21 march 2024. Neither i get my order nor i get my refund. Now i am complaining about this fraud scammers to legal authorities to take strict action. Vle bazaar is fraud scam.

I recently made a purchase of a Prestige brand Electric Kettle from Velbazaar.in, but unfortunately, what arrived was a Pegion brand Electric Kettle. Not only that, it was a used and repaired unit, evident from the welded outlet and the mismatched color of the body. This discrepancy is completely unacceptable.

Attempting to rectify the situation, I sought to cancel the order, only to find that my requests were ignored. Despite numerous emails, I received no response. Their customer care phone line proved equally frustrating, with lengthy wait times and an automated system that ultimately disconnected the call after informing me of busy executives.

Overall, my experience with Velbazaar.in has been nothing short of terrible. I strongly advise against ordering from this company.

If there was an option to provide zero review i would. Even after 50 days the money has been not refunded. Call them 20 to 30 times email them but they always fake promises on phone. They say money will get refunded tomorrow but money never Gets refunded. Please take the action to this scammy company. I believe so many other people are getting harassed too.

Don't get any hope any hope from all those bot reviews.
Their call centre is the most scammy call centre they always say tomorrow it will get resolved but it never gets resolved.

And they sell used products levelled as new.

It’s a total Scam, don’t place any orders from there. They place your order but never process them or neither cancel them when you contact their support. Team They just Give reasons. I place my order on 7 of February 2024 but up till now (26th match 2024) they have neither process or nor cancel my order

Never buy from this site. They are not genuine : Order placed on 10th February, confirmation of order and payment receipt received the same day, however when i chaed with the site on 17th Feb, 24 there was no response. raised a ticket. in reply i get a message that payment has not bee received. Reverted with payment proof and confirmation email from them as well as fropm their payment partner. Therafter sent 5 reminders but got no response. Their customer care number keeps you on hold for eternity saying you are in que, but when your chance comes the ivr simply states that "Thank you for calling" and disconnects. finally i cancelled the order today, but got no response to my query on refund. This seems to be a fraud site. collect money and dont respond is their motto. i think i ghave lost my money to a fraud.

I bought a product which said there are two items in the package. But i got only one. I already made the unboxing video and forwarded to them the same. Firstly they don't reply on the mail or they don't acknowledge it. secondly when we call on their customer care, the GTA SAN ANDREAS game tone plays and then they answer. They always say what's the problem, upload a photo, to which i say i already sent a video to your mail, see that first. Then they say they will revert back in 24 hours which never happened. Everyday since 10 days i am calling them on regular basis but no help is given. Avoid such sites.
