"vlebazar is CHEATER"

I place and order on vlebazar on 3rd August 2023 for steam iron box order id is 2467379. Supposed to be delivered in 5 days but not able to get it called the customer care to get the number it is very difficult to get connected it takes atleast half an hour. On getting the call centre they said it is going to take another 5 days but not able to get the delivery so I called the call centre once again and asked them to cancel it so they said that money will be refunded in 3 days. Money is not able to get in my account everytime I give a call they said 2 days 2 days today it is 29th September they say it takes another 10 that is 8th October 2023 to refund the amount never purchase any product from vle Bazaar they are cheaters they don’t give you product nor the money back

I placed and order and after two weeks they cancelled the order and mentioned that they will refund the money after one week. I again placed the order and they sent a defective/used product after few weeks and after lots of emails and phone calls(which mostly they disconnect after 15 minutes of waiting) they took the return and later on they refunded money only in their wallet and now even if I try to place order, they would never ship and item and I requested them many times to refund my money in the same mode I made payment, but its like they really don't care for any customer satisfaction. So I would suggest that never ever place any order from this site as they do send old items and would never return your money.

I had a highly frustrating experience with Vlebazaar. I placed an order in June and mistakenly provided the wrong address. I promptly contacted their support to correct it before shipping, and they assured me it was fixed. However, the order still arrived at the wrong address, leading to its return to their warehouse.

To make matters worse, they promised a refund in their Vlebazaar wallet, which I requested to transfer to my bank account on August 13. Despite multiple follow-ups and assurances of a 72-hour turnaround, it's now September 1, 2023, and I'm still waiting for the transfer.

Furthermore, in a separate order on June 29, I ordered a black product but received a red one instead. This inconsistency in product quality is concerning.

Their support has been nothing short of poor, and their return policy is dismal. I strongly advise against placing any orders with Vlebazaar based on my unfortunate experiences.

VLEBAZZRE.IN is fraudster web site i was ordered on it. they send me broken item .And no return and replace was done by them. after mailing and calling them then answers same every time that they will pickup item within 24–48 hrs. but no any type of following regarding return and replace. I m really surprise how google listing this type of fraud in before any good website. Its my humble request that if you really want to buy from Vlebazaar.in then get ready that they are not listen you if item is not proper. inspite if that they mentions 7 days replacement on site. beware.

Donot believe in any 5 star reviews of this site. This is a total fraudulent website run by scamster - I lost my money after order a refurbished item on it and despite many reminders ,they have neither replied or refunded the amount not sent the items - Someone needs to report to cybercrime and file a FIR or shutdown the site . This is infact first time Iam reporting a fraudulent site on Indian online business- JUST AVOID THEM - if read the honest reviews they are all similar fraud based, and Iam sorry I didnot check them out before I paid them - I Sent them multiple emails with automated bogus replies …..

Just because of we go directly in their godown in gurugram and shouted them.
After that they refund our amount.
If someone want their money don't waist the time mail and phone just go to consumer form or go directly their store with police.

I Bought Motorola headphones but they dispatched fake second hand opened(teared) JBL headphones, anyhow I want keep those but showed to the JBL official seller, he just saw the box and told those are fake(he is going to complaint to JBL officials soon).when I put return request in the website,it is not uploading photos after several attempts I had tired and click save button,but I got a message "solved by customer" No return requests, VleBazaar always changing customer support contacts regularly and email option not available in the name of man shortage to respond

They are not eligible for even one star. Never ever buy any product from VLE BAZAAR. Very very poor service and high rates as per compare to other sites. I had ordered a product on vle bazaar, they send me a wrong product. I had requested for a replacement with the right product but they didn't back it. After that I requested for my money back. They didn't back my money even after 1 year. I had called there customer service for more than 400 times. They tells every time that your money will be credited to your account within 24 hours. But they didn't back my money even after 1 year. Finally they posted my money in VLE BAZAAR WALLET which I have no use. I can't buy any product from VLE BAZAAR because all the products are selling in a high price compared to other sites.

"Vlebzaar fraud"

I recently ordered a oneplus earbuds from this website, order no 2057514.
They had several options on website to take the payment from customer and no COD option there. i paid the amount via scanning QR code and ordered it.
Then i got to know about bad reviews about this company on internet.
I tried to cancel the order but this option is not working, they ask to contact support team but this was so ridiculous that no one answered the calls staying on Hold and listing to the IVR for one hour that all of cx executives are busy on other lines.
I mailed to the company and raised a ticket also but no one is answering or replying them.
Then i tried to search their office address and i searched it on google there was no such office and the address on website was fake.
this is a whole scam company website they don't update anything and don't deliver anything.
