They only keep pushing the dates and you will never get your product. Just ordered a simple headset and it’s been 15 days I haven’t received it and no option to cancel or get the money back. Big frauds. Cops need to raid and shut this company.

I ordered a boat speaker 5/5/24. Company failed to dispatch my order. On 24/5/24 I cancelled my order. Company promised me to refund my money within 2 days, 5 Days, 7 Days so and so on. I hv called customer care many times but they r also not so helpful nothing but give me dates on n on. Even I hv filed complain on national consumer forum. Many times I hv also wrote on e mail not Responded me.l get a call from a Mr Rishikesh velebazar company whome I find most reliable person. He has keeps his words and on 28/05/2025 l get my refund. Thanks to Mr rishikesh.

Bad quality product. I wanted to return the headphone that I ordered, but I think they have hired some gundas for dealing with customers. They simply rejected my cancellation request and told me do whatever you can. Always go for trusted website like Flipkart, Amazon, croma.
