"Bad customer service "

Commercial advertisement did not expect what I requested. I had about 5 techs come to my house and they seem like they are not doing there job. I payed over $1000 + dollars and should deserve what it's worth. The last one was cussing cause he seems frustrated and the hole I wanted cover was never covered !!! Offer to help but he said he can do it. Don't ever trust them again, waste of money and 1 out of 5 was pretty good.

"This is the worst pest control company…"

This is the worst pest control company ever. They don't even deserve the 1 star but since there's not a zero choice, I give them a 1. They lie about the quality of their services. They charge for services that were provided and unresolved issues. I had to close my credit card account because they kept on charging it for services that were not provided. I complained about my dissatisfaction with their services several times and requested to cancel the membership, but they were still charging my card.

Terminix took it upon themselves to cancel my 20 yrs contract. That’s how they treat their customers. They want money from me for a new contract! Ha! Ha! Guess the joke is on them!! I paid my 2023 statement for $315 and they didn’t even contact me to tell me it lapsed. I called in late Feb 2024 to set up a termite inspection and Scott Weaver comes to my house to just now tell me my old contract lapsed and shoved this contract for $990-1338 to sign and they will inspect my house. My last payment and the check I paid was dated 5/14 and it didn’t clear my account until June 22.
2023. They held that check so it will lapse but they didn’t care about that!! So they are the ones at fault and what I have to say goes in 1 ear and out the other l. Sonwhen they want my money Inwill do the same. I am asking dor a refund for the 2023. Termite inspection and we are going to part ways! It’s a shame how greedy corporations treat their 20 year customers. Run don’t sign with theae guys tjey are a bunch of liars and thieves!!

Terminix merged with/took over a number of other companies and the merger clearly didn't work at least on the residential side. Not only were the mice not removed but calls and emails were not answered. Service appointments did not come at the scheduled time.

"Wow, do not spend money with them"

Wow, where do I start. I'm going to give the readers digest version. I had a rep, (Not putting his name) come to my house on Saturday. I live in a 7000 square foot house and have mice in the garage area, attic, and kitchen cabinets. The rep gouged me. Promised me service that same day. Told me the reason it's $2997 was because it would take his tech ALL day. Guess how long it took him once he came on Monday? 1 hour and 45 minutes. He didn't even treat the garage. Didn't even put the traps in the attic. The gentlemen that came Tuesday did that. Did they come back and check the traps? NO. They also noted there wasn't any rodents present in the attic. HMMM. I'm going to attach some pics. I putting together a nice marketing video for Terminix. The branch manager wouldn't call me. I literally had to threaten reviews, and a BBB Complaint. He FINALLY called. Did he look at any reports, or do ANY homework before calling me. NO. He just insisted that $2997 was a great price. He didn't want to refund, apologize or do anything to fix the issue. Have a heard a word from him or his staff since. Nope. I will be filing a BBB Complaint, AG Complaint, Dispute on my credit card since I cancelled service within 72 hours and sending this to my lawyer. I would highly suggest you find another company. I have a company REALLY doing all the work for $1700. They literally accomplished nothing, (The traps didn't even have bait) and I have to fight for a refund. Here I come!

"They will steal the money and the work is so bad"

This company is the worse company you will deal with. They will steal your money and they will do any job and they charge you more money for no reason. I have paid my bill in full 163$ and they work was so bad and we still have insects in the appartement. Then, they kept harassing me to 35$ because my bank dispute about the transaction and then they send this 35$ to a collection agency and they keep calling for this $35. I am warning new to use this service.

"This company takes your money without fixing your issue"

This company takes your money without actually soving the issue. They prey on the fears associated with the issue at hand. Customer service is non existent. They do not call back, they do not return calls or messages. Even managers that tell you to call or text do not reply. They send text messages to customers only to realize the messages were sent to the wrong customer. When you call multiple times and there are no notes of your call, that is another concern. 2 years later, all baits are clean and your pest issue still exists. Negative review is what this company needs. As long as they have your money, that's all that matters to them. Stay away
