This was the first time I ordered bras from ThirdLove. The one I have received is too revealing and the underwire is not comfortable. I went to return it and it says it's nonreturnable for what reason I have no idea because I just received it.

"Wow… inclusive sizing and half cup…"
Wow… inclusive sizing and half cup sizing says very little when you stock hardly any 32A bras. And half of those are marketed as “lift.” I got two bras and a pair of underwear from there - the underwear was ill fitting, one bra was very very visible (in a bad way) under clothing and the other was very meh but was disshaped by the end of the month. They were expensive, too.

I originally left a 1 star review, but would like to change it to 4 stars after dealing with Alice from customer service. Alice emailed me within 48 hours of my complaint, and had my missing order reshipped with priority shipping. Great customer service. I am only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of how the bras were packaged for shipping. They were just put in a bag with no protection at all. The bag arrived all ripped up, but thankfully the bras were ok. In recent years, the bras were packaged nicely and safe for shipping. For the price of the bras, please go back to packaging them better.

"Very disappointed. Used to be a wonderful experience."
The first time I ordered from Third love it was a wonderful experience. Came nicely wrapped in tissue and fit well. Unfortunately this time has been a terrible experience. First of all, the option to use La Mystere brand is no longer there, so I had to guess on the size (the last time I ordered I wore a different size, so my old third love doesn’t fit anymore). Well I ordered on November 28 and just received today, December 12. And to top it off, I ordered 2, they came thrown in a box, no tissue and they fit terrible… and someone else’s order form was in the box. So disappointed in this company now. I’m not sure what to do next. If order different sizes/styles, will I have to wait over 2 weeks again? Being the holidays Is no excuse. My order was processed and ready to ship and then sat there.

"ThirdLove bras cause bruising"
Their site says 60 day return policy so I thought it was a reliable business. I used their selection tool and ordered 2 of their recommended styles. It took at least a week to arrive and I was anxiously awaiting. I have extremely sensitive skin, so I promptly removed the tags and wore each one for a few hours to see how they felt. They were ok while upright, but were quite uncomfortable when sitting or bending over. Unfortunately, I was left with bruises from that short time. I went to figure out how to return them and discovered a caveat that they won’t accept returns if tags have been removed. I wouldn’t have ordered them if I had known that, as my skin is too sensitive to have tried them with the tags. Very disappointing.
UPDATE: The company decided to refund me after I left a negative Better Business Bureau review. Therefore, I added 2 stars to my review here because they refunded me to try to make it right.

"Where is customer service?"
I received a bra that did not fit. I began the return process. After dropping my return package with USPS, I waited for weeks with no update on my return status. When attempting to reach customer service, I was met with an unresponsive chat box and a broken link to the "Email Us" page. I've attempted to go to the email link several times, but each time has resulted in an error message. I have yet to be able to contact anyone. If I spend almost a hundred dollars on an item, I expect quality customer service. Do not expect that from ThirdLove.

"Wish I had reviewed other experiences first"
I wish I had reviewed other experiences here before trying this company. I have worn the same bra size for over a decade, but still went thru their "sizing" exercise, just in case their sizes differ - results "you are among only 15% who wear the right size bra!" But what I rec'd was WAY too big. Req'd exchange for smaller size, & still WAY too big. Ret'd all but 1 sports style that I now regret keeping as I've found it doesn't retain shape / support for more than 2 hrs. Order placed Aug 1 (and charged), ret'd Aug 20 (included exchange bras in same box) and as of 9/7 still no acknowledgement that they rec'd, and no credit rec'd. I mailed from the post office. Today - over 40 min now texting someone who takes forever to respond, with no resolution or anything other than "call your bank if you don't receive the credit in 10-20 days" & when I asked about confirmation that the return was received she responded "passed along info to mgmt staff...hang tight, someone will contact you in 24-48 hours" We'll see. Why isn't there a customer service phone number? I've already e-mailed twice with no response, and every time I've tried to use "chat with us" there isn't anyone available. Lesson learned I guess, but I will make sure all my contacts / friends know to avoid this company, and will contact the CFPB and FTC about this encounter.

"Form Seamless Scoop bra…"
I bought the Form Seamless Scoop Bralette.
PRO: It is the MOST comfortable bra I've ever worn!
CON: There is no support, so it's better for smaller breasts (I'm a 38D), your nipples show through because there is no padding, and you have the dreaded uni-boob. I still love it and wear it even though it doesn't have everything I look for in a bra.

"Horrible return experience"
I ordered a bra. It didn’t fit (and Third Love advertises an easy return policy) so I followed the exact return policy and mailed it back. ThirdLove received the bra and let me know that they had it. Three months later I still have not had the money refunded to me. I have emailed, called, and texted. I have sent tracking numbers, confirmations, screen shots of paid amount and etc. Whew! I’ve never had such poor customer service. Do not expect your money back if the bra doesn’t fit.
