"A Tale of Three Bras"
I purchased three bras from Thirdlove and I went by their recommendations on all three. The Modern Mesh Demi Bra fits well in the size recommended by Thirdlove. The Modern Mesh Scoop Bralette is a bit snug in the size recommended but still wearable, and the Muse T-Back Sports Bra (in a size L since Thirdlove recommends sizing up in this one) is completely unwearable because it is so tight. It is also unreturnable, as it is exempted from the 'perfect fit promise' because it is on sale. It should still fit reasonably, and it doesn't.

"Poor Sizing"
I previously bought 3 ThirdLove t-shirt bras and was very pleased with them. They're cute and comfortable, so I decided to try a different style, this time the Form Seamless V-Neck Wireless bra. I'm a size 38A in the t-shirt bras, which corresponds with medium on their sizing chart, so that's what I ordered. When I received it, it was waaay too small, so I sent it back for a large. That was also too small, to the point that it left red marks on my skin and was very uncomfortable. I contacted the company about 3 months after I received it (TBH, I had just put it in a drawer and forgot about it, as I was so disappointed). I was told by a rep that I should try an XL. According to their size charts, XL corresponds with 44B, which is completely different from 38A. The rep and I went back and forth on a chat for nearly one hour, with her saying that I couldn't receive a refund because I was outside the return period. Given that I am a regular customer who has made multiple orders to ThirdLove over the past 3+ years, and who has spread the positive word about Third Love to friends, I ask that the ThirdLove team make changes to their sizing charts to accurately reflect the fit. ThirdLove's main marketing angle is that women are wearing the wrong size bras, and they assure customers of a proper fit. If their sizing chart is inaccurate, it creates time-consuming headaches for otherwise loyal customers. I'd love to try another ThirdLove style, but I hesitate to do so because of the poor fit of their other products.

I ordered two bras and neither fit. I followed the direction on the website. They are both about two sized too small. Oh well.. Never again.

There was an issue with my order getting lost in transit, and i was refunded immediately.Liz was very helpful and kept following through email even after i got my refund. We need more people like her!

"Will not order again after ordering twice."
I love the undergarments, however I'm always missing a couple of items that I purchased from this company. It's so frustrating to try and get your order straight. This is the second time contacting this company for the mis-hap. Don't think I will be ordering anymore from this company.

Disappointed and underwhelmed by their website and customer service. Their discount codes don't work and change the pricing at the point of purchase in a confusing unintuitive way. Their customer service failed to address it effectively and basically said the discount codes make the pricing online revert to higher prices. Check your cart carefully so you don't pay more than what was listed online!

I experienced an issue where the sale price wasn't being applied to the items in my cart. I chatted with Kabou who quickly agreed that the sale wasn't working right and manually fixed my cart price so that I could check out successfully. She was very pleasant to work with and I appreciated how easy it was to fix.

"Do NOT waste your time"
I made an order on November 30th. The entire order was intended to be presents for my family. It is December 12th and despite receiving an email on the 7th that my order had shipped, it has not shipped at all. I spoke with a customer service (what a joke) agent yesterday… and she said that my order is ready to go out but hasn’t been picked up by UPS yet?! As if in 6 days UPS hasn’t been to pick up any of their orders?? What?! Further, she said she couldn’t guarantee I’d have the items by Christmas due to “these uncertain times”. How insulting and infuriating! This has nothing to do with Covid and everything to do with this company sucking at actually sending you what you paid for. I will NEVER order from them again. Further now I am in the horrible position of having to order replacement gifts since I can’t wrap “these uncertain times”. Utter bullsh*t.

Honestly I’m giving this business one star for my most recent customer service experience and the confusion they have caused me alone. Just to explain a little bit of my frustration, I placed my order on November 28th and I didn't really hear anything about it until December 1st when I was notified it had shipped out. A couple days after that i tried to track my package and on the website it still said that my order was processing and they would let me know when it had shipped out, even though I was already told it had. Confusing. I contacted customer support and they informed me that it could take about 4-5 days to be able to track it after it has been shipped out which is ridiculous but I was fine with it. Well it is now the 7th of December and I still cannot track anything, it still says on their website that my order is processing. This is my first experience ordering something from here and it's just not turning out that positive. I have spent all day today trying to get in contact with customer support and I’ve been told that some of they communication systems were down so I could possibly have to wait 48 hours for a response. Luckily I got an email response three hours later but to my disappointment once again, it was from an “AI Assistant” I was given a link to track my package though, and told “while it is taking longer than expected, it is on its way.” I still see no expected delivery date though. The whole customer service aspect is a joke to say the least. I will almost positively never be ordering from this company again, not unless I get the bra and it’s literally the best one I’ve ever purchased, but honestly judging from the other reviews I don’t think that will be the case. This is my second time in a row trying to purchase a bra from an online company designed for bigger breasts. I personally think it’s really sad that women who need bigger sizes they can’t find in the stores have to deal with sketchy websites and things like this in order to try to find something. It honestly makes me want to give up my search to find a bra, disappointment over and over. Thanks ThirdLove.

Buy our bras - YES, show some compassion - BIG NO!
In the last year I had two shoulder replacements that have taken away my ability to reach behind my back to fasten a bra. During this year I purchased 5 bras which I thought I would be able to use after my therapy. Being a senior on a fixed income, the bras were a splurge for me and I looked forward to the day I would be able to wear them. Since I cannot, I wrote to Third Love about exchanging the bras I purchased (which are past the allowable return period) for some bras that I can pull over my head. The first person I communicated with was Abi, who tried to help me with an exchange. When Abi was unable to help I was contacted by Aurora who promptly told me my bras could not be returned because it was outside the return period. She told me she would offer me a discount. I'm on a fixed income and cannot afford to purchase more items from ThirdLove. Having worked in retail during my life, I know there are those who go out of their way to please a customer - but I guess ThirdLove has a different philosophy. It would have really been nice to be shown some compassion and been able to exchange the bras. As I've read many of your reviews - your customer service leaves a bit to be desired. I count myself as another unimportant customer - you don't stay in business long with this type of attitude.
