Where do I start!! it took a month for my order to arrive & your excuses were lamentable. needles to say I won’t be ordering anything more from you

Waited over 4 months for my order.

I had to chase my order twice before I received it, I was told after the first enquiry that there was a back log of orders and it would be with me by the end of the week. A further few weeks went by and I chased again, I had no answer to my enquiry but magically a delivery update came through finally.
It took 6 weeks to get to me which really isn’t good for medication.

Delivery was late. Took longer than 2-3days as stated on website.

I placed an order 15 Apr 24, only arrived 20 Jun 24. No info. from AYP until I chased, many times.

"Steer clear - would not recommend "

I placed an order with AYP healthcare (#AYP60653) at the end of March. As of the time of writing this review 02/07 the order has not arrived. I have contacted them on five separate occasions. I was told they were unusually busy but would dispatch the order soon. Since then silence and requests for a refund have gone unanswered. Avoid!

Took a month or more to arrive very poor service won't be using them or recommend to anybody
