I tried to file the below complaint after appalling service and still no products but funnily enough I STILL haven’t heard back from them. Filed on 18/06/2024.
“ Order no. AYP61940. I would like to file a complaint. I placed this order 07/05/2024. The order was delayed but I received no communication of this until I chased multiple times on 14/05/2024. I was told it would be another week and agreed to wait. I chased again on 23/05/2024 to be told it was still delayed and would I like to proceed or have a refund. I requested an immediate refund as I had to source the products elsewhere. The service is honestly appalling from a company that is supplying medical products. People do not order these products in anticipation of needing them in a months time, they need them within the promised time period! Regardless, I have had no such refund and no further communication. Therefore, I would like to log a formal complaint and would appreciate the FULL refund to be processed including my the postage fee please. Please confirm that this has been done”
I have not received the refund I requested and no further communication. Utterly disappointing service.

When I placed an order the money was taken from my account but I did not receive the product for 3 months. I contacted AYP to ask for a refund several times but most of my messages were not answered. In view of these lengthy delays, I suggest that you should either not take the money till the product is in stock, or offer a refund - and improve your customer service!
