My stay at the Sunland Park Casino was fantastic! The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Although my visit was due to my husband’s illness, Jhulianny, went above and beyond to ensure my visit was a good one. She was professional and friendly and helped make my stay a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting El Paso.

I thought I was booking my room for $112 per night for four nights. I assumed a reasonable charge for taxes and fees (like about $50 total for the four nights) making my total bill about $500.00. Instead my total bill is $719.50!!!!! I want the $63.92 Refund Protection and the $204.29 Tax Recovery Fees charges removed or I will cancel this reservation via my right to "Free Cancellation.

Heriberto Eduardo was extremely professional as he made a last minute reservation for me. He was very accommodating, putting in a note about my late arrival and texting me the front desk telephone number so I can call them to make sure I am checked in before the audit. SINCERELY APPRECIATE THAT! SELDOM. I am a nurse and will probably be arriving at The hotel between 2:00 and 3:00 and a delay would be very unwelcomed! I am at Hampton inns often and sell them is this type of customer service encountered. Kudos to Mr Eduardo!!
