"Apparently while trying to evaluate how…"
Apparently while trying to evaluate how much something was worth, I signed up for an automatic renewal subscription service. When I called, they agreed to cancel the subscription but did not agree to refund the money charged to my credit card. This is a scam.

"Can you hear me now Worth Point?"
I only give it a generous two because it has only found one of the two art titles I needed appraised.
My main reason for writing today is because I have called Worth point a few to times but to no avail . I have emailed them a few times also but still crickets ! The reason for the last two attempts to contact was to let them know I do not want to even finish my 7 free days .I want to unnnnnnnnnsubscribe ! Immediatelyyyyyy!
I saw on this very sight within one of Worrh Point’s rare answers to a review of how to unsubscribe; it said there’s a red button but I find no such magical red button .
So alas what else is a “ mere mortal of a worth point subscriber “ to do to get them to acknowledge that I have repeatedly asked to unsubscribe?!
I will use this platform to declare that I am officially trying to yet again notify Worth Point that I want outtttttt !
You see Worth Point may say they never received any email from me but at least I have made my intentions m own here .
Today talked to Miranda there who said she was going to send me an email confirming my unsubscribing but she just as Jay has told me that she was emailing me but nada!

"WorthLESS service"
WorthLESS service. I looked up 2 items on the site within minutes of each other and cancelled the service. I was then billed $19.99 which I disputed through Paypal. The money was returned to me but then sometime later I got a notice requesting my service agreement that I could no longer obtain because I wasn't a member. The money was then taken back. All for a service I didn't even use. Skip the "Free trial" and just do a little research yourself. It will save you money.

"I have been selling on ebay for years…"
I have been selling on ebay for years and wish i would have found this site sooner. I love it. I sell on ebay, some items are seasonal with this site you can look up items for all times of the year, so you can know the price of a item for high season.

"Need help logging onto my account and no one will help."
I run an estate sale company and I have been a paying member of Worthpoint for years and years. Lately, every time I try to log in, they tell me it’s not the right password or user name, so I enter the user name, change the password, and then the next day I try to log on, and nothing has been updated. Now I’m getting the message, “Too many attempts to log on” and they won’t let me log on. Well of course there are too many attempts to log on, because I must try about a dozen times thinking somehow I’ve entered something wrong, so I try to reach customer service on the phone, which is of course an exercise in futility, so I try online and they send about 20 of those irritating verification images that prove you’re not a robot - click on the number of squares that bicycles are in, or crosswalks, or stoplights - and the image is blurred and it’s just tricky enough that you ask yourself, “Does that sliver of a bicycle tire in one of the squares count?” What a mess of baloney. Why can’t you just be an honorable company and do the right thing. You’ve raised your prices and the service just sucks. I have now spent a ridiculous hour of my valuable time trying to just log in. Even trying to write this review was a major hassle. I belong to a nationwide estate sale providers forum and also a large eBay sellers discussion group and I guess I’m going to have to share my thoughts and experiences with them as well, since this is becoming a joke.

"I signed up to a "Free Trial" for one…"
I signed up to a "Free Trial" for one week with this company. I was able to reveal one price for one item, before it again blanked out the prices and said I needed to upgrade my subscription, so I did not even get a weeks free trial for this, which from reading other reviews, it would appear that other people have had this same issue as well.
I then tried to cancel my subscription, for which it repeatedly told me I did not have one. And then before 7 days was up, I was debited £31.90 from my account.
I have emailed Worthpoint as I am from the UK, so I am unable to call them up. And this was 3 days a go with still no response.
Customer service is very slow, and pretty abysmal so far.
I have seen that Worthpoint have kindly refunded a few of the unhappy customers on here, and I feel as though I can only hope for them to reply to my emails!
I wouldn't recommend this company at the moment, it's all a bit unclear and very upsetting to be charged for a service you did not receive and tried to cancel multiple times! And seeing as so many other customers have had the same problems over and over, you'd think they'd change the way they operate by now!
I will update my review if I ever get a reply from them.

"I signed up for Worthpoint in order to…"
I signed up for Worthpoint in order to research what similar items have sold for. I was told that in order to see pricing I had to have an account. I signed up for an account (albeit with a 7-day trial period), but when I again tried to find out pricing of a specific item, I was then told that in order to see price sold for that I would need to "upgrade" my account. To upgrade I needed to pay an additional fee that was NOT a trial period price and would be billed immediately to my credit card. I think this qualifies as "bait and switch". Very unethical company !

"Worthpoint is a valuable tool that has helped us ID and value thousands of items."
We have used Worthpoint for years and have found it to be a valuable tool in our on-line eBay Store.

"Have been selling on eBay for over 20…"
Have been selling on eBay for over 20 years--at times while researching an item, in effort to establish a realistic worth, I end up at Worthpoint. Having submitted in excess of 80,000 photographs for my 20 year user ids on eBay, not unusual for me to see a photo of an item which I had posted years ago. What allows Worthpoint to sell my photos ?

"You'll only be billed if you continue the service without cancelling?? Sure..."
The site states: "Free for 7 days or 7 price lookups. You'll only be billed if you continue the service without cancelling".
They can clearly see I logged on to their site one day, for one item. I did not 'continue the service' - so did not cancel.
2 months later I notice I've been billed for 2 months. They would only refund one month. When I asked who else to speak with a manager, I was told "I was speaking to the supervisor - and if I attempted to contact the company they would only direct me to her so it isn't worth it".
Sad way to get money
As it has been said numerous times in these (and other site) comments - they should either refund those who did not use the site, or change the way they are doing things so this would not continue happening.
