Worst customer service ever!!! I have been trying to call for over a week and sent multiple emails and yet I have not got any response. I wont be surprised when your company goes out of business but it also deters people from using sky scanner and in future will book direct with airline. My booking number mphvwh was supposed to fly on the 20th to Dublin but cant as if I leave I cant re enter with Covid 19 restrictions but for all I know it will appear as a no show for my flight all because you cant confirm any details. It appears you may have cancelled my flight with etihad but are not giving me the refund

Due to pandemic covid-19, I send an email on 8th March while my flight bound to Chicago from Abu Dhabi on 18th March. I requested for 2 subjects (refund or date change) I emailed and called several times and finally, they replied to my email on 18th March and has offered a refund of 100 euros, and it's ONLY 1/3 of my ticket cost while there is a deadline of 4.5 hrs to decide if I would accept or not! This is such an inappropriate approach to your client. The situation is beyond anyone's control and try to be considerate with the circumstances.

"My family were denied boarding from…"

My family were denied boarding from London to Dubai although we hold valid resident visa to UAE. I had sent a request early morning on the 19th March on to mytickets.ae for a refund or date change as the borders have been closed on on the same day. I have not received any information or update from mytickets.ae. Our flight was with British Airways and they have advised us to call the agent. I have been trying since yesterday and I am not able to get through to them and no response what so ever.

I needed to cancel my flight due to the UAE closing its borders for residents overnight due to CORONA.

I tried to contact the platform probably 20 times since 6h30am in the morning with absolutely no reply, even though they mentioned that they replied to flights departing within 72 hours (mine departed within 14 hours).

I had an auto reply to say cancellation request accepted, but dont know that this means.

"Fraudulent website - don't expect to get your money back or flights changed. Total scam"

Same - can't get in touch, can't get a response, have given up on everything with these guys. I hope they go out of business following this so no more people can lose their money also. £700 gone because they have no customer service, no way of getting in touch, no way of changing flights and no way of cancelling. Half my flights are already cancelled by the airline yet still nothing back from this company. Total scam - STAY AWAY

this is my first time I booked flight with this travel agency I keep on calling for one week for changes of flight they are not answering and I wrote emails no reply at all. Trust me don't ever book flight from this website its a fraud I believed. I have the same problem as everyone else. Calling time and time again and no answer, then your call is cut off.

I fly on the 18th March to Seychelles, however due to current issues with Coronavirus travel restrictions have been applied that mean I cannot leave the country.
