Hello. Two days ago i decided to use mytickets.ae.
First of all, i have paid extra for ticket which could be refunded. But according to operator website my ticket is cannot be refunded.
Second, while i was filling my personal data at your website, field for nationality or document place of issue was not present at the page, therefore wrong value was substituted automatically.
I have found this issue when i was checking my booking reference on a carrier website. If I did not check the data on the site of carrier, i would have problem.
Feedback from customer service was awful. Worst experience ever.

It has been more than 2.5 months since I initiated my refund request. They never provide you with a meaningful response. It is extremely frustrating to deal with them.
Skyscanner should remove mytickets.ae from its list.
Never ever book a ticket with them again.

They acclaim that they are the cheapest but not. Once you buy the tickets in your currency then the airline will charge in their currency majorly Euros. If you select my ticket services they are charging Aed 278/ for the same. I also called to their US office and as per them they cannot do anything on that as the T&C you clicked read this point is mentioned somewhere. Don’t ever use this site. Regards- Puneet

DO NOT USE !!!. This website is so dodgy its unreal. Thankfully our payments never went through - fraud detection blocked - but who knows if they have scammed our cards and will use in the future. Firstly, when you sign up - notice how the password you created - the account confirmation email shows a different one. Just spoke to them on Facebook and asked for a direct UAE telephone number = they went ghost. Please go to your accounts and alter all your personal data. You can't deactivate your account but you can alter the info into nonsense. Be safe!

I wish I had read these reviews before booking. Skyscanner you need to REMOVE this website from your search results. It is a complete scam. Find a low price for a ticket, receive a ticket confirmation with number and airline confirmation, credit card is charged, then you receive an email stating the "airline has a surcharge" and you must pay the difference. Meanwhile they tell the airline there is an issue with your credit card so they can blame you/ You call the airline and they say all tickets are pre purchased by these online travel agents so it would be impossible for an airline to "charge a surcharge" AFTER payment and ticket issued. Refund to credit card has yet to happen - "subject to exchange rate". The call center staff hang up on you too - happened 3 times to me.
