"My flights on KLM were cancelled by the…"

My flights on KLM were cancelled by the Airline. I went through the process to request refund in May and I am still waiting for a refund. I've been very patient and at this point I'm afraid I am looking into other options. MyTickets.ae states they are waiting on the airline, however when I call the airline they say that they are only waiting on the travel agent to contact the Air France Travel Agent line to complete the refund process. Now looking at the possibility to dispute the charge with my Visa Card and Emirates NBD.

Due to the Corona outbreak flights were cancelled and after contacting Mytickets they promised to refund the ticket cost.
I guess they are struggling to sort out the issues. My previous experience with Mytickets was very good. I hope for a good outcome.....

I just managed to contact Mytickets via Facebook Messenger and they helped me find the refund date. It was my mistake that i missed that refund as it was 4 months after the promised date. Nevertheless, I understand the crisis that Mytickets is going through and want to give them a 5X rating.

Absolutely horrible service. Our flights were cancelled and they did not refund our tickets....they do not respond to emails.....they do not answer the phone. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!

I cannot understand why such a website should be allowed to operate. They are scam. The numbers on the website are not operational. They should be investigated by interpol. They provided zero help for my flights even when they were cancelled. Unwilling to refund and does not even care. It is so sad.

Bad site. No proper feedback. Tried to get refund of my ticket for more 2 months. I checked with Emirates and they says already process the refund. Still I didn't receive any refund

After the flight cancellation, I am waiting for my ticket refund for a long time and I need that money to book another flight urgently. I contacted the call center and sent several emails and they ask to make the cancellation via website. I did and contacted the call center once again a few days later to follow up and they said they got the request and they are waiting for the airline refund. It has been weeks now and I haven’t seen even 1 cent of my money refund. That is disgusting.

Zero star if possible. I think they are scammers, they did not refund my ticket for more than 4 months.
