"Mytickets.ae is not recommended at all"

our tickets got cancelled due to corona pandemic..
we asked first for refund, its been 4 months with no response from their side ..we called RJ the said there is no request for refund and they advised us to change the date before our tickets get expired
My tickets.ae were manipulating with us with their lack of response and efficiency.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! 1 star is way too much! Worst experience ever. I wish I could get in touch with them but not even any direct contact apart from the helpline, which isn't in the country and very expensive to call! DO NOT EVER BOOK WITH THEM!

I have booked a ticket 8 months ago from so-called Myticket.AE and the flight have been canceled because of the Covid pandemic. However, i have requested for a refund and they said they are waiting for Air India airlines to return my money back.
I have checked with Air India airlines and they have told me that my ticket amount has will be refunded in a week or two. No Response on my mail nor they have a proper Customer service Contact Number.
I don't really understand why do they do such things! The flight is canceled so why they have to delay in the refund process. My flight was on the 25th of March from Dubai. Never ever book a ticket from MYTICKETS.AE. Customer service level is zero. At least they can send a mail or a call to inform that the refund process is in process. And might take a certain time(Approximate). So I will set my mind accordingly.

I have made a resevation through mytickets.ae and due to corona restrictions I have canceled the filght, the cancelation was placed on March 18, after several followups nearly 8 months after the cancelacion no refund was made or estimate provided.
I understand that the covid has caused a global issue, however it has been 8 months and I was still not refunded, I am posting this review as I could not get a resolution for my problem communicating with the company.

Avoid booking with mytickets.ae at all costs. I booked flights for Apr 20 that were cancelled by British Airways. I can only get a refund from mytickets.ae but they have not responded to my emails and I cannot get through on their customer service number.

They have no customer service at all. Trying to stay calm with all this flight cancellation, but this exceeded my expectations. They are not replying to any of my messages about the refund and even when I applied on the website for the refund no email confirmation from them. Very bad

"Do not waste your money."

I struggle to find a reason to give this company one star. I am waiting for a refund for costly flights to Hawaii that were cancelled due to the pandemic. United Airlines have sent photo evidence that they returned the money to mytickets on July 1st. As of yet, I have not received any money from them. They give ridiculous excuses like they are waiting for authorisation from the airline when in fact they are illegally withholding my money.

"Very bad experience"

Very bad experience . When I booked the tickets I have payed extra for fixable booking and refunding purposes, but when I canceled the tickets the refused to refund tickets and the said that airlines company refused, but I called the airlines company and they confirmed that my ticket is refundable easy because it is refundable booking and no reason to refuse refunding. so they are scamming costumers. this broker is not recommended for any body.

the worst experience ever.
i have cancelled my ticket and asked for a refund since august 4 , and i have done all there requirements. now they are saying it will take 3 more months. no one is able to give the exact date i will receive my refund.
