After a more than 18 months of followup finally i got my refund back, thanks to MYTICKETS team.
I have lost complete hope of getting money back, such long chase for the refund tested my patience. I request MYTICKET team to refund all their money inorder to improve your status & gain the trust of customer.
I can understand the impact the business loss, but keeping the customer waiting for such a long duration is like keeping the person under the stress....
So i hope situation for all gets better & everyone will get back their refind.

"Avoid mytickets.ae at all costs"
Avoid mytickets.ae at all costs. I booked flights from London to Dubai in Feb 2020 and had to cancel due to the pandemic. Refund was requested Sept 2020 and I still have not received the refund as of 24 July 2021. I have spent hours on emails and phone to mytickets.ae and British Airways and each says the other is responsible. The last info from mytickets.ae was on May 2021 stating that the refund had been approved and it would take 10-60 days for it to be refunded. I still have no refund. I will never use this company again.

Dont book the tickets in mytickets.ae. Air India is already refunded to mytickets.ae on 08-Sep-20. Till date mytickets.ae not yet refunded the amount to us. Replying that financial team is busy. Bad response and continuously stating same reply to us for one year

I bought the ticket on 7th April 2021 and very next day cancelled(travelling after a month) still they didnt repay my money.
Several emails and called HO all vain.
Now i am taking this matter to higher level to sue the case.

Worst flight company i have ever dealt with. THEY cancelled our flight due to pandemic 9 months ago and STILL have £1300 of our money. Customer services blame transaction time on pandemic but 9 months is a joke. Very unhelpful on the phone. Avoid avoid avoid. Ref TPPYJD

I received my refund from mytickets.ae for my booking DDXZEL (Dubai to Reykjavik through KLM).
Due to pandemic a portion of my booking was cancelled and after few follow-ups, I received a voucher valid for one year. However, since the travel situation didn't get better within a year, I requested for a refund. Though the customer service through emails require a lot of follow ups, I used Facebook messenger to contact mytickets.ae. After few follow-ups, I got a full refund for my tickets! Their response rate through FB messenger is fast

"Be careful from this website for your booking"
Don’t use this website to book your ticket, since they change the price after your payment is done and they will wait till the last moment and they will send you an email asking for additional charge due to airline change the price so if you want the ticket you should pay at they will cancel the ticket.
I called the call Center in US many times but they keep changing what their promises to solve the issue without doing anything, so either to pay or cancel.

Hey Everyone
I know how frustrated you all are
I had booked my ticket with this piece of **it Website a year back ( in Feb 2020), and i had to obviously cancel because of the Pandemic
I had fought for my refund from the month of March 2020 till a day back ( 22nd June 2021)
I called them every ****ing 2 days and fought for the money
It was a long journey and a tough fight, but i promised myself i would not give up till i got my money back
Finally on the 20th of June, i Made up my mind, i called them up and fired the **** out of them, the call went on for an hour or so, till the agent started crying on the phone and i got my money immediately after that
THE WORST WEBSITE EVER !!!
DO NOT EVER BOOK YOUR TICKETS FROM HERE !!!
BUT ALSO REMEBER KEEP FIGHTING TILL YOU GET YOUR MONEY BACK !!! ITS YOUR MONEY NOT THEIRS

Incredibly rude call center staff, they don't even hide their feeling that they are so annoyed by your call, won't even try to help you, I called their call center number and half asleep lady answered, she was rude, and she just kep repeating the same things without even trying to help, just like a robot, stay away from mytickets.ae
