Further to my post earlier on the subject mytickets continues it's unethical practices. Basically, once you have bought a ticket with them, they wash there hands off, as they have made the money and couldnt care less. In my case they omitted to inform the airline of the cancellation (due to flight cancellation in covid), so it showed me as a no show. I then had to deal with Frontier Airline myself to organise the refund. Even after the refund was processed to mytickets account, they wouldnt pay me. After multiple emails and almost 3 months later, they then conveniently only refunded a partial amount, claiming that they do not refund service charges. This is completely unethical as the cancellation was due no fault on my side and amounts to sheer harassments of a genuine customer.
Frontier airline cancelled the direct flight between the two cities and I had no choice but had to make a last minute inconvenient change to buy a more expensive ticket from another airline. Mytickets did not provide any help during the process. As a customer I believe I am being unnecessarily penalized rather than being compensated for inconvenience. Its not about the money its about business ethics and mytickets is an unethical business.

I tried to book a flight for 1500 AED and they tried to withdraw 1500 USD from my account. For some reason, I didn't even receive an OTP.

Horrible experience - they blocked my tickets saying that I needed to ring my bank to provide them with a special code to have my tickets. When I decided not to respond to that, they took the money anyway and then never sent the tickets! Also, this was after I was due to catch the flight!

When I asked for my money back they said I had to pay to get it back!

This website is criminal.

I booked through then with a rate but the amount deducted from me is higher

Unprofessional, Very dodgy. Initially they will cheat you with Low ticket Prices among other competitors, once you pay and book ticket,they wont confirm your reservation and have an excuse in telling the prices have increased from Airlines and make you re-pay some more amount. Once you pay that surcharge amount they will not respond and will not issue ticket. Cheater and Fraud

IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND A WORSE TRAVEL AGENCY. BASICALLY THEY WILL FIND A REASON TO CHARGE YOU MORE. THEY ARE THE WORST OF THE WORST. IF YOU HAVE ANY SMALL PROBLEM THEY WILL USE IT TO CHARGE YOU MORE AND WILL NEVER REFUND A DIME. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST

Finally I got my refund after chasing for 15months, would request people who are waiting for their refunds get in touch with them on fb messenger, they are quite helpful.

حجزت رحلة من شركة طيران من خلالهم ولم يصلني تاكيد الحجز وبعد الكثير من الاتصالات والايميلات التي دامت اكثر من اسبوعين اعترفوا انت الخطأ من طرفهم والان وبعد ان مضي 9 اشهر على هذا الامر لم يقوموا للان بارجاع المبلغ
لا انصح احد بالتعامل معهم
