"What a scammers"
What a scammers, they over charged me 800 dirhams, just like everyone mentioned in the reviews. I wish I had checked them out before dealing with them.
What details are you talking about? The same excuses you make to everyone else? I read the same excuses in the other reviews.
I raised a fraud claim to my bank and it will be handled soon. I will get my money back, and don't mind buying the tickets again at higher rate from another legit agent, but won't let scammers like you get away with it just to avoid the inconvenience.

i have booked with them. with price and when i proceed the payment , they gave you options of different payment channels , i chosed Master card and after processing i found that there is almost 700 dhs excess on the bill .
i raised the concern to them and then they said the way of payment i chsosed doesnt have discount .
its not mentioned any where in the websit that chosing mastercard will not give me a discount !! how come this is already is happening ..
its simple way to get money from customers with no reason .
mode of payment is mode of payment doesnt have to do any thing with price !

"FRAUD COMPANY: Uncooperative customer service and trying to freeze our money and charge extra"
We booked a two way ticket to the states and back. The flights from dxb to jfk got canceled and they did not even inform us until we called them since the ticket was not showing and we noticed it. We had to call Swiss airlines and confirm the cancellation. 2, we are currently trying to ask them to change the ticket to an alternative flight but they are not being helpful and saying that they will charge extra but we called Swiss airlines and they said that if the flight is canceled from their side, there is no extra charge. They are clearly trying to scam us and take our money. Our flight is on Sunday and we do not have any tickets to go there. Till now we have spoken to Ryan, Sophia and Julia and none of them have been cooperative. If our tickets do not arrive on time, we will be going to the news outlets and opening a case against them to spread the world because this is unbelievable! Extremely unprofessional. We have tried again today to work with customer support to resolve our issue but there is still 0 progress. You are asking for our email address but we cannot put it on here and have no way of reaching out. Please give us a platform to reach out directly to you since we would like to resolve this ASAP. UPDATE: we just found out through United airlines which is the ticket holder that myticket.ae canceled our outgoing tickets on their own even though the flights were still running! Their response was "The flight is cancelled hope for your understanding" This is extremely serious fraud and we will be taking legal action since this is shocking! Their agents cannot even communicate properly and everybody in this company are trying to make fool of us. They have our money in their pockets and we do not have what we paid for because of their mistake and our flight is supposed to be on Sunday. They just seem to reply to this comment with no way of us contacting them and giving information.

Worse experience ever.
I have purchased a business ticket from Jeddah to Birmingham, with transit in Amsterdam.
They sent me a ticket but I had not received any confirmation from the SAUDIA airline
I contacted Saudia Airlines and they informed me that the ticket was canceled. I sent an email to mytickets.ae
and the response:
"I have to inform you that there were some technical issues with the issuance, so the ticket is not booked. We can provide you with a full refund. We kindly ask you to specify whether it is acceptable for you."
So they take my money without even booking me the ticket.
I asked them for a full refund 15 days ago.
But I have not received anything.

If you ever considered buying airlines ticket through this website, just RUN AWAY. This website is a scam, owned by thieves. It is a perfect Ponzi Scheme. I am really surprised to see some - apparently - legit platform like Skyscanner referencing this bullsh*t website. They have literally zero shame, they literally have use forged document…I am currently opening an e-crime legal case against them in Estonia / Austria and UAE

The scam company is sending you a so-called proof of payment which is pure bullsh*t and toilet paper, not a swift copy, no routing number...and they say it might take up to 16 working days to reach the account. Seriously? Of course the funds have never been processed. Just a whole SCAM

This company is an absolute nightmare they are unethical and extremely dishonest Emirates has said I am entitled to a full refund since December as they canceled flights from South Africa but they are looking for one excuse after the other to hold onto peoples money I wish to take this further to the Travel agency board as consumers should not have to tolerate such unethical service.
