I was chasing them for refund for ages. Since March and all i get is we are waiting response from airline, even airline replied to me sooner saying that i need to go back to them. The worst service ever !

It’s been 8months since i requested a ticket refund from this company and until now i have not received any update on them. Last month, i directly contacted the airline regarding my request for refund and they have told me that mytickets did not request for any ticket refund on my behalf and advise me to raise a complain about them. They are scammers! So please be careful. Booking reference number 180125209, i have been sending emails but nobody is replying.

Today I had the worst experience in my life never happened before I was at the counter when the agent informed my that my daughter's ticket is not confirmed( without number) immediately called the customer service ( nightmare) who advised to send an e-mail ignoring the emergency of the situation finally I missed my flight waiting for them then I received an e-mail just telling me that the ticket was not paid as there was an issue with my card... Although when I purchased I received all kind of mails confirming my tickets and on the site as well but the gentleman insisted that they sent an e-mail, this is not acceptable not ethical and not the way they should deal with customer. I was obliged to buy new tickets for all of us (5 total with the high price of the day as I was forced to fly today). I sent another 2 mails with all documents of the tickets confirmation but no answer and noone cares about us.
I will never buy again anything from My ticket.ae and I will make sure noone of my network do and I will start a law suit to avoid the same will happen with others.

today was buying tickets, price was selected and when i added my credit card, it said card not accepted however i use it heavily. then i changed to visa card. but the system has tricked me and change the total value and charged high amount. its not ethical to do such tricks in system. never seen that in any booking site.

Very very bad experience. Avoid at all costs.

My flight got cancelled; they wouldn't refund it and asked me to apply for a voucher.
It's been over a week and I still didn't get the voucher, which mean I will have to pay for my ticket twice.

Customer service unprofessional and not helpful at all.

I don't think there is any hope for improvement, so just pay extra and book with another company.

Don’t book flights with them. They do not update you with changes or cancellations.

I was left stranded in the middle of nowhere in Saudi Arabia because I didn’t get updated that my flight has been cancelled. I had to wait 3 hours sitting outside the airport for a taxi to come take me to the closest hotel.

They haven’t even responded to my email. I’m just going to raise it as a fraudulent charge against my bank.
