Hi,

Mytickets.ae is the worst worst and scam agency. I’m trying to get the refund for my ticket for last 1.5 years. Still there are saying that their specialists are working on it. I have paid AED 80 for refund guarantee but nothing is guaranteed in this agency. Special thanks to their call center agents. When I ask them to share the details by email they don’t share. Even they don’t listen to us. If someone looking for ticket better directly book it from airlines don’t trust this mytickets.ae agency.

Look no further than their disapproval rating here and avoid this company. I’ve waited 2+ years and even gotten airline involved. You will never see your refund as they’re simply a scammer agency. You will waste your time answering their questions and chasing them. They have no intention of issuing refunds even after they have the funds and authorisation from the airline to do so. By getting the airline involved I actually did Mytickets a favour by getting the funds paid to them from the airline with instructions to refund me and then Mytickets went silent. Case closed. They got the funds and now choose to ignore their legal and financial obligation. DO NOT USE THEM. Don’t ignore all the warnings here.

"Couldn't refund tickets"

Couldn't refund tickets bought for March 2020. After waiting over 2 years of my claim reviewing they finally responded that can not refund because of expiry of ticket.

"Scammers"

Either this is a scamming company, or the agents do not really know how to work.
I booked a ticket with them for a round trip and they issued two separate tickets in two separate PNRs.
The first leg of my trip was canceled by the airline and they refuse to refund the full amount since the second leg is not in the same PNR.
Why do you issue two tickets for a round trip, knowing that one way ticket is much higher in price and could make the passengers lose right of compensation and full refund in case of irregular operation?

"So bad service"

The service I experienced with this website is horible. I purchased a multi-city ticket on the 1st of June 2022. One of the flights in my trip was cancelled by the airline. This caused a lot of difficulties at my side to find another flight, but this is not the main problem. The problem with Mytickets.ae is that until now, they still didn't refund the money to my account. It is taking way too long for such a simple process. I advise everyone not to deal with this company as their service is too bad, and they are not professional in handling customer service issues.

The website mytickets.ae is the worst flight comparison service I have ever experienced! I booked two tickets to the United States on July 14, 2022, and canceled them on August 1, 2022. The agent explained to me that I would get a full refund and that there would be a fee for handling the file which I thought was fair. I was told that it would take a maximum of 60 days to receive the refund. It is now November 11, 2022, after several calls and emails, I still have not received any solution and especially NO REFUND! The customer service is deplorable, the answer I got after speaking with 3 different agents is "we have forwarded the information to the finance department" and then no follow-up. It's a shame to chase your money especially when it's a large amount! in conclusion, I've been waiting for my refund for almost 3 months and I still haven't received anything. I'm losing hope and I think I'll never see my money again. Think twice before booking through this website...
I finally got my refund. It’s a shame to ask me to edit my review after receiving the funds. Specially when you are reactive after i posted a public review. You should improve your after sales service and surely your futur customer will rate you better. Regards

We recommend customers not to purchase tickets with mytickets.ae. Recently I purchased a one-way ticket to Doha to watch a football match through mytickets.ae, but when I got it from Qatar Airways (the service provider's) website, I discovered that the tickets were purchased both ways and included no baggage allowance. So, I called Qatar Airways to find out more. They informed me that the flight booked by mytickets.ae was a shuttle flight and I have to return within 24 hrs and there is no baggage allowance. Now I have hotels booked for 4 nights in Doha and my plan is to stay there.

I approached mytickets.ae for a refund as it was their mistake, and no such information was displayed while booking the ticket. I was told that I would receive only 191 AED out of 1901 AED. This is cheating and my money has been ruined.

Today I booked my ticket Riyadh to Delhi. Payment deduction happen and ticket still pending. No customer service support to solve the issue. I lost 763 Saudi reyal and feeling very disappointed
