"Avoid!!"

First and last time to deal with such a messy platform/agent. They changed my flight ticket claiming that airlines cancelled the flight which is not true, I asked to cancel and booked directly with the airline both over emails and over phone calls their agents are very unhelpful.. I ended up with double tickets booking due to their mess!

I canceled the booking on 25 of January and since then I didn’t receive the refund , then I emailed them again and they responded with an email but still didn’t receive anything after more than one month , and this the first time I have such experience, always the refund will arrive with in 7 -10 days .

"I have never experienced worse customer…"

I have never experienced worse customer service in all of my travels (and believe me, they are a lot). This is an absolute scam.
1. Their call center is quite frankly pointless. When you call in, they ask you to raise a request and their ability to cater to simple requests such as "changing dates" is ridiculous. They have outsourced this job across borders and it seems like they did so without any training. Absolutely useless and extremely stupid.

2. They charge you AED 160 for "consulting charges" which is literally a rip off. They do 0 consulting.

Beware and save yourself the headache.

I have never had such dreadful experience in my travelling history.. They are liers.. I booked Emirates flight and they later said I have to pay extra for this flight as price increased and after I send then the money they send me a confirmed ticket with Air India. They cheated me. And they were trying justify that Air India is operated by Emirates.. What a stupidity.. Never book with this website please!!!!!! My booking ID : 6PKOQOM6.

I booked a ticket and after two weeks they cancelled my ticket because of the plane, then I ask for a refund and I tried to contact with them for almost one and half years and still waiting for my refund.

If you are willing to get your right contact directly Skyscanner help center then they will force them to return the money as their costumer service is not replying.

Seems like this is the way of scamming people.

Within the 4 payment options ie Mastercard Debit/Credit and Visa Debit Debit Credit, very conveniently, MC credit that doesn't charge portal fee does not allow you to book thereby forcing you to pay 25 AED for choosing a random payment regardless of it being VISA or MC credit

Oh also, beware, they dont send the tickets inspite of debiting the amount right away, SO you may or may not get your ticket just sayin
