"Mytickets.ae (TTN GmBH) - Stalling Refund"

I am based in the United Arab Emirates, Dubai and purchased air tickets from an agent mytickets.ae (TTN GmBH) , online ,in Jan 2020 . The trip was cancelled by the airlines ( Turkish Airlines ) and a subsequent refund option was exercised. The airlines refunded the full amount to the agent . However the agent has refunded only 40% , stating that the airlines have not refunded them the remaining 60% , which is inconsistent with the information & refund document I have from Turkish Airlines.

Mytickets.ae (TTN GmBH) seem to be a dishonest and non-transparent provider .Would warn potential customers to stay away from this company, who prefer to make a quick buck , whenever situations present itself.

Today i booked a ticket on booking time showing ticket price low and after payment they didn't told about any increment on ticket price just deduct my money then after 30 minutes telling flight make increase price so now you can pay surcharges. Why i have to pay if i already paid amount on ticket booking time if any increase in price then you should tell same time not after deduct money then tell total scam it is... I really want cancel this booking and full refund as soon as possible. If not refund today i will complain in UAE consumer forum

Thank you Trust Pilot..because of your portal I finally got a positive revert a week back from MyTickets Team..and atlast today I have received my refund..after following up with them for 1.7 years now.

I dislike giving bad reviews but the experience that I had was terrible.
Until today.. I did not receive a refund for one of my flights that I needed to change/cancel.
I catch at least 12 planes a year and I wanted to try them once... I wish I didn't.
They will make excuses, take forever to respond to emails, and they do not help even tho they know that their website doesn't work properly, and they will be happy to keep their share obviously.
STAY AWAY FROM IT, book somewhere else.

I TRY TO BOOK, USING MC credit card.. IT SAYS NOT AUTHORIZED??!! I TRIED TO CONVERT TO OTHER CURRENCY, AND USING my other MC credit card, IT WENT THROUGH.. Unfortunately, I notice after I pay that the conversion rate is too big!!! And I immediately want I refund due to this and again, the refunded price is not full.. almost 160 US dollar is the difference.. SMHO.. this company is really good in getting people’s money.. Again, beware or better stay away from this agency.. Lord… it’s all up to you…

"Fraud and scammers don't use them"

I see a ticket in 1650AED and I try to buy. When I fill payment details and click on buy now and suddenly It's showed an error and refresh the booking page and price became 1745AED than again I fills the details and click on buy now the price turned into 1942AED.

This company is fraud please stay away from these scammers.

There was a 1 character typo in the name of one passenger. Mytickets tell me the airline will not allow me to correct this. I should pay for new flights.

The airline tells me this is untrue and Mytickets are lying.

When booking there was a massive fee to use certain types of card, but no fee for MasterCard credit cards. Myticket said the payment could not be authorized on my mastercard credit card. Luckily I have 2. What a surprise! The payment couldn't be authorized on the other credit card either. So I pay the extra 460AED to use my debit card. The payment is over the daily limit for my debit card and is actually rejected by my bank, Would you believe it! I could now make a payment with my credit card, though the fee for using a debit card was still included.

What a bunch of liars and cheats!

The worst travel platform ever... nothing but bunch of crooks. They charged me 4000 USD dollars for a flight I didn't take! I will find away to shut them down!

My ticket was cancelled , even tho I checked with Turkish Airlines and they have an availability. As per the message I have received it says that money were refunded immediately, but I haven't received any money. When will I get them ?
