This is one of the most unscrupulous air ticket booking platforms I've ever encountered. They advertise tickets as refundable, but when you request a refund, they promptly reject it, claiming the ticket is non-refundable. Essentially, they take your money and, should your plans change, refuse to refund it. It's been a waste of my money.
I informed them that the passenger will not be traveling, but they still declined the refund request. Once again, I strongly advise against booking through this website.

My booking Id is ZPNMSHBQ. I have booke 6 tickets from Manila to Dubai on Sep 12th at 14:55 pm by paying AED 8484. I received email that ticket issuance is under process. Later around 06:30 its shown that the booking has been cancelled. I should get a full refund since the cancellation is without my concent and request. I received a mail that myticket doesnt claim my money..But as per my bank mytickets has to refund first then only bank can process. Till now myticket hasn't refunded the amount.

Booking reference QC114IPV made a booking and somehow the ticket has not been confirmed for over 24hours but you already blocked the amount form my MasterCard.my bank claims money was already deducted I called and was told after Atleast 30mins it will be confirmed however it’s been over 22hours already no confirmation and my money is with you guys.how many days will it take to get a confirmation for just one booking.if you can’t confirm the booking rather realase the blocked amount so we look into other options.do not treat your customers like this.

Ticket was issued after 15hours and there is no hand luggage provision on the ticket issued but when purchasing the ticket there was hand luggage 7kg so now only 20kg is provided
Will come back with another update hoping not to have issues with the ticket.will rate 3 stars can’t do more than that if possible you could assist with how come there is no hand luggage provision on the ticket which was issued

"Myticket.ae are awful- avoid"
I booked my flight to South Africa in October 2021 for December 15th 2021. The flight was cancelled due to Covid 19. My husband immediately applied for a refund and got his, but he'd booked through another online agent. I'd booked through Myticket.ae and I've been told to contact the airline directly to get a refund. South African Airways have told me that i have go through the agent Myticket.ae who take months reply and say I'm not entitled to a refund and to contact the airline. Its been 2 years and I'm entitled to a refund. Its over 4000drs and I'm not getting any suitable response from Myticket.ae which is disgraceful. I want to take legal action but am struggling to find out who to contact to take legal action. I'll never book a ticket through an agent again and will only book direct through a flight company.

I didnt read all review before i book my ticket. Now im so afraid that my ticket is not coming.
2nd edit: 2star - sept. 23
I received my ticket copy but stilll not confirm if i can check in inside airport using that ticket. Coz i tried to checkin online in airline website to confirm the ticket but got error. I email them and they said i can check in 3days before my flight.
Definitely will edit this review into 5star, once i checked in
