Update: Got my ticket after follow up with customer service and verified the same with the airlines

No tickets yet!!!! I have booked ticket 10 hours ago with mytickets.ae ref number N583VNEE however it was mentioned you will receive ticket in 3 hour and nothing was issued only asking to wait, if the ticket is not issued i will be losing even the rate on the official website and will end up paying more for sure ,please reply by providing the ticket asap so I can change your ratings

No tickets yet, I have booked ticket on 12th Nov 2023 with my tickets.ae ref number KAZD5W93 however it was mentioned you will receive ticket in 3 hour and day has passed up till now no ticket issued. Called couple of times and emailed only asking to wait, please provide ticket at earliest so I can change your ratings

I just want to share my personal experienced in mytickets . I booked a ticket on 04 Nov around 5pm here in Dubai, then I received an email that the payment is received around 5:04pm with the status showing: Booked. Pending payment to the agency.

Then, around 5:55pm I received a message that the booking status is Paid and issued with the attachment of the ticket with booking reference with ticket number starting 784.

Then I tried to verify this ticket number in china southern airline ticket verification. When I tried to enter the ticket number and my surname, it didn’t push thru and there is a error message: “The inquired passenger record does not exist or the ticket is not issued yet. Please inquire or consult CSN again via service line 4006695539.” I tried many times and put my first name but it’s still the same. Then I emailed myticket contact email then I received a replied saying that: “Your reservation is issued and confirmed. Check the information you are entering on airlines website.”

Then I tried again and just try to input my surname and first name without space, then after that I saw that my ticket is number is true and verified.

Update3: Could you please share the refund transaction ID with me so I can check with my bank? Also, I have sent you an email with the registered mail Id, please provide me details of the refund on it.

This is a fake website and they fraudulently take money from the customers. I have made a booking from Dubai to Srinagar today and I did not receive any tickets and my money was deducted. I have raised a a complaint with the local police and also with the bank to block this website in dubai. You all can also report it to the police till they stop this fraud business and looting people’s money

I will wait if they refund my amount to come again and change my review, will keep you all posted about any positive updates

"I had booked my tickets on 2nd midnight…"

I had booked my tickets on 2nd midnight from dubai to new delhi. I paid the same exact fare along with extra charges with my credit card and they sent an email saying issuance pending. it was written the issuance takes 2 hours. I was waiting patiently. In the morning, I got an email saying that the ticket price has increased (surplus) so they will only book the tickets once i pay the extra amount which was above 1000AED. Which agency does that can you tell me? I agree the tickets booking sometimes takes time but none of the agencies have ever asked me for money after everything is already paid and debited from my account. The customer pays what you show, if you show wrong fare on the site, you site is not updated its not customer's fault. Its the company's fault not being up to date. I am waiting for my refund still which I have been promised I will get in 24 hours. also they didnt block money, it staright away got deducted and still ticket is not here

Do not book any trip with this company there website does not work out of the uae and you will not be able to contact anyone or get any contact information to do so if anything happens on your trip. The frustration this service is causing us is indescribable and unacceptable!
After numerous phone calls to the terrible customer service and numerous attempts, we got neither my ticket nor a refund!

I did not want to believe that we had been SCAMMED when I looked up the reviews online... I was already suspicious when on logging into the account, I realized that there was no button to change or cancel the booking, but it all became clearer when after three hours of waiting (the time they indicated to make sure you get your money in the meantime) I received no ticket or booking confirmation!
Contact your bank immediately if you make the mistake of booking an important flight with them, but in any case, save yourself the frustration and DON'T book with this platform.
I will continue to call every day until I get my booking canceled and a full refund in the hope of updating this review...

One last question: How do you sleep at night?
