100% scam! I signed for a refundable option then They booked my flight wrongly and they dont want to refund my payment, they keep on saying that its not cover of refund... but i completely remember choosing the refundable and rebook-able option whoe signing in.... SCAMMER and thieves...
Definitely scam you dnt even have physical office and contact number to call... and when i try to reach out from email automated reply are keep on replying... that my packagenis not subject for refund etc. SCAMMERS

While I make the change with the Ethiopian airlines, direct with only 500AED
Mytickets you have to be honest with your customers.
And you have to know that I will continue reviewing you very bad wherever I find your name.

Worst ever. I booked ticket via mytickets.ae. and when the flight time came i was still waiting for my ticket. then i send the email and they are saying it has been cancelled. now just let me know how can i used unlocked amount to make another ticket. or just change my ticket date

"I have made a purchase on mytickets for international flights"
I have made a purchase on mytickets for international flights for me and the family. There was an excess amount charged due to conversion rate miscalculation. I opened a case and the support Team (Rian, Sara and Oksana) were very professional in resolving the matter in just few days and refunded the amount that was charged extra. I have delt with many online platforms as i fly a lot, but this is the first time i purchase thru mytickets and will not hesitate doing so again due to the support given by the team! Thank You All

They are theives, fraud and the worst ever company to buy tickets from. We have lost a huge amount of money because of them. I would highly recommend not to buy from them. I have never experienced this kind of issue with any other company. Huge mistake for choosing my tickets.ae

"It was the worth experience I had"
It was the worst experience I’ve had with tickets.ae, I have booked for my son from Munich to Beirut ( Round trip) the airlines have canceled the trip and no one informed us and my son was waiting 24 hours in the airport for any action from ticket.ae but no one replied. I paid 250$ extra to find an alternative.and now Turkish airlines have postponed the flight back from Beirut to Ankara and we need to change the ticket from Ankara to Munich so that can be matched but again no one replied to our request. I have contacted my tickets.ae and send them email and still waiting the response. The situation now is that the flight from Beirut to Ankara is on the 2nd of January and the flight from Ankara to Munich is on the first of January can someone tell me how come????????????????please someone reply to my request

This is with regards with the issue with my wife Janine Barquilla, who just wrote a review this morning, she is pregnant and stressing so much because of the issue that until now is not resolved. TOMORROW IS OUR FLIGHT!!
My wife booked our flight on 27 November 2023 (three plane tickets with 2x 20kgs baggage allowance), and on 23 December we decided to add another 20kgs baggage allowance, we paid the surcharge that was sent to us in MyTickets account by Torry(support agent). Up until now that additional baggage allowance that we paid on 23 December is not yet confirmed nor sending the issuance of the service.
We kept asking for it but your customer support agents seems like has poor comprehension skills that they cant understand is what we need the confirmation of the issuance of the baggage allowance that we paid on 23 December, because they keep sending us the details of the receipt of our 3 plane tickets and 2x 20kgs baggage allowance that we booked on 27 November.
We even spent money to call them overseas multiple times, yet no one can still understand my concern.
WHAT I NEED IS THE CONFIRMATION OF THE ISSUANCE OF THE ADDITIONAL BAGGAGE THAT WE HAVE PAID ON 23 DECEMBER!! PLEASE CHECK ON YOUR SYSTEM THAT I HAVE PAID ON THAT DAY, ITS EVEN IN THE HISTORY OF MY ACCOUNT ON YOUR WEBSITE!! TOMORROW IS OUR FLIGHT AND MY WIFE IS PREGNANT AND YOU GUYS ARE MAKING HER STRESSED HAVE A HEART YOU GUYS!!
Overall, we should have 3x 20kgs baggage allowance! The first two was booked on 27 November together with the plane tickets and the 3rd one was booked on 23 December.
If you still cannot understand my concern, I dont know whar kind of reading comprehension you guys have .
We are willing to delete this review if you can resolve it. Or I am going to ask my airline vlogger cousin to make a review about your company to bombard you with bad reviews. This is too much we are freaking out. Booking number is 4Q75Q2OD please check ASAP

I have an existing ticket of my flight (Cebu Pacific) with 2x 20kgs baggage allowance that I booked on November 27, and on December 23 I decided to add another 20kgs baggage allowance and I paid the surcharge which you sent on my MyTickets account. So overall I should have 3x the 20kgs baggage allowance, but until now you have not sent me any confirmation on this matter. I need you to show me that I have 3x 20kgs baggage allowance or atleast show me that you have issued my 3rd baggage allowance that I have paid on December 23. My flight is tomorrow and I do not want to have issues regarding this.
No one in your customer support can understand my concern. They keep telling that baggage allowance wont show in my itinerary. I fully know that! What I need is the confirmation of the issuance of my 3rd baggage allowance that I paid on the surcharge in mytickets account that I paid on December 23! Please I need to talk to a knowledgeable customer support agent! Cause everytime a different agent will respond to my email that is why they cant understand my concern!
