"We have booked tickets from Dubai to…Jeddah "

We have booked tickets from Dubai to Jeddah on the 20th of Apr 2024. Due to the recent unprecedented situation we could not travel and therefore requested them to consider a refund taking into the critical situaiton.

The response received from them was rather naive and a blunt refusal without any consideration and simply pointing to a policy.

If you intend to be a quality provider then such exceptional situations are something to consider and act upon.

"Billing Issue"

I recently booked the ticket for DXB BOM - BOM DXB through MyTickets for Vistara Airlines, payment done for the same however the ticket never got issued, got a message from My Tickets that its been cancelled they have unlocked the money. When inquired the lady said that the funds have been unlocked and will reflect on my card in the next 24 hours and now i can book a new ticket. This is so inconvenient that i have to book a fresh ticket and again make a new payment when my old payment is not refunded.
My question is why cant you give a Credit note as an option to book the tickets or send the refund asap as while booking the funds literally take 30 sec to get debited then why can they be refunded in the same time frame.

Dear All, Please note i have deleted My comment what was my review about Myticket.ae & now happily said that they are the bestest, likewise they supported Me over the Facebook page only not one email whoever deal with me is next level supportive and sort the issue in same day & NOW I HAVE RECEIVED FULL REFUND BACK WITH AGENCY FEE.

Thank you very Much to Myticket.ae to understand My problem & likewise your Manager review the case and understand.

i have read they wont refund you thats wrong they do but make sure to let them know the problem clearly and connect with right person ..

@Myticket. ae Team - Thanks for the support - but one customer advise ... please upgrade your customer service telecom system as the team not supportive, even they not listening .. apart thank you.

"Booking ID MPZQUM35-Inhuman behavior by customer care"

They should rename the customer care deptt as customer harassing deptt. Almost a month before our travel date my husband suffered a major heart attack and was admitted in ICU. We sent mails, sent all required documents (discharge summary and doctor's certificate) for cacellation and refund of tickets but the company decided to give us back a shameful sum of Aed 78 for the tickets which cost us close to Aed3000. We pleaded for transfer to some other person, they replied it was against their policy. We asked for change of dates atleast, they demanded sn additional Aed1867 for the same. Shame on the company for being so insensitive towards a genuine plea. Is this called customer care. I swear I'll never book tickets with this company ever again who have no compassion for its customers in their difficult time. Fear god, is the least I can say.

After receiving their deliberately polite and political reply it is obvious that there are no humans working at 'my tickets', only machines because humans have compassion. If they have slightest decency they should refund our tickets totally as the reason couldn't be more genuine and heart rending. They did not even mention in the reply about the huge sum they asked for changing the dates. They asked for Aed1869 vs any other decent company that asks for just aed 200/ ticket. The company is clearly fraud and is up to cheating its customers by hook or by crook.

"Wrost Experience with Unreliable Booking"

I ve paid the full amount. Initially, their support assured you that your ticket would be confirmed within 12 hours. However, after waiting for 3 hours and checking back, they informed you that the airline had canceled your ticket. Additionally, it's been over 6 hours, and i haven't received a refund yet. This situation certainly calls for a review reflecting the lack of reliable communication and efficient handling of your booking and refund process.
