Booked three tickets through the company and had to cancel these because of lockdowns. Flight was booked on 1/12/2021. I have still not received my refund. I have been in contact with them for several weeks and they keep saying I must wait. Tired of waiting.................

I faced some issues but eventually took 5 hours to get my ticket. I was still able to get my ticket at the end.

I bought the flight and within hours MyTicket cancelled the flight.
I have been in constant contact with the company via phone and email since June and keep get the same response that I must wait.
Reading reviews it seems to be this company is a scam and you will not receive your refund. I am owed thousands and devastated.

After i book the ticket i waited for 3 hrs for the ticket but i didn’t receive ticket… they respond with email stating that ticket fare has been increase… asking surcharge of 295.62 AED…may i request you to adjust my amount with another flight or refund my amount asap.

Today i have booked through this agency, after paying ticket amount the booking was pending for nearly 45 minutes then they have issued confirm tickets. in mean time i have searched and read many reviews talking about negativity i also got confused may be they are scammers but Alhamdulillah got confirm tickets

yesterday I book the ticket and took dh 682. after that they told increase the price pay 198.68 more. I paid this 193.68 , after that they cancel my payment refund only 682. still I am waiting my dh 193.68.
So I don't recommend this site for book the flight.

t’s more than a year since i requested for a refund. I would have expected the airline have some information sent to your agency regarding my refund. 1year i think is too much to wait since there is no more pandemic. I paid a lot for our tickets and i will not stop until i get it this is being unfair and tricking your customer is a crime.

"Worst company!!!I was in the airport…"

Worst company!!!I was in the airport and no flight available for the ticket that i booked. I called their customer service and they said that they haven't received any information why the airline cancelled the flight and advised me to request for ticket refund. I am emailing them every month asking for the refund request update but i'm receiving same update that they are still waiting for the airline update and after one year they told me that my request has been rejected because the flight was on schedule!! really?!
