STAY AWAY FROM THE MYTICKETS.AE TRAVEL SITE!!!! We received an e-mail from Air Canada saying we can now get a full refund on the airline ticket purchased last March and were unable to travel due to Covid. We have sent numerous e-mails to Myticket.ae on a number of their website listed emails but have yet to receive a reply to any of them!
I WOULD NOT recommend Mytickets.ae as they are not trustworthy! Fraudulent???

Crooks, worst. Do not book anything from Mytickets.ae for a refund on my booking for AED 3310, they are refunding AED 850. I tried to edit a ticket issued by mytickets.ae at Kenya Airways in Dubai, I was informed that is an unknown company and it's impossible to change anything, I just have to deal with them. Be careful guys STAY AWAY FROM THEM

This is one of the most horrible website to book your flight tickets. I booked a ticket for my husband and had to cancel it due to family emergency on December 2020.
I already applied for the refund request, and have followed-up several times but it is still on-progress. I even called at the customer service number but they don't reply at all.

This is the worst experience I've ever had in my life (and I'm the one who travels a lot). I made a huge mistake when I bouhght tickets from them from Dubai to Hurghada. Those "people" messed up by doing overbooking so they lied to me that my flight was cancelled by airlines, even tho it wasn't. They offered me another flight and asked to pay for rescheduling. And then I spent 5 days calling them trying to get my new ticket and they were just ignoring. I had no choice but to buy a new ticket from another travel agency. Guys, learn on my mistake and never ever buy the tickets from trip.ae. They are the worst in the world!

I booked a flight to Male from Dubai. Mytickets.ae company sold me a ticket via India first let on Emirates, second via IndiGo. When I got to the DXB Airport I was advised by Emirates that they could not let me on the flight. They said I would have to collect my luggage in Mumbai to put it onto the Indigo flight and to do that, I would have to leave and go back through passport control. As India does not issue Visa's I wouldn't be able to do this, so they wouldn't let me travel. So they sold me a ticket which couldn't be used? At the airport (just before I bought a 2800 ticket to Male from Emirates) Emirates cancelled the flight so my tickets will have got the refund. Mytickets advised me that they could only return 117 AED of the 1220 I paid. I can guarantee they would have been refunded by Emirates. Never ever Use these fraudsters.
