I purchased a tickets from there website traveling from Dubai to Kuwait this was on Oct 2020 the flight had a transit in Jordan, however when i reach the counter of Jordanian airline the rejected my travel because Jordan not allow transit, and they informed my that the travel agent (mytickets) should tell you the regulation not only just sell you a tickets, from Dubai Airport I tried to call Mytichets office after long time from my try's lady from customer service answered me and she was so rude and she was unable to help me, i knew at that moment i will not get this flight, so i asked her i need a refund she asked me to login in website and file request, then she hang-up the phone, i file a refund request after few weeks they replay to my email that they will refund 770 AED from total 2790 AED, the funny thing they asked me if i approve for that amount or no, so i had no option only to approve (heir form the Deville ...) since Oct 2020 till today 1st March even the Heir i mean the 770 refund i didn't get
bottom line they take only money no service no follow-up no refund
all emails, transaction reference, refund requested available upon requested

I have booked a ticket 11 months ago from so-called Myticket.AE and the flight have been canceled because of the Covid pandemic. However, i have requested for a refund and they said they are waiting for Air India airlines to return my money back.
I have checked with Air India airlines and they have told me that my ticket amount has will be refunded in a week or two. No Response on my mail nor they have a proper Customer service Contact Number.
I don't really understand why do they do such things! The flight is canceled so why they have to delay in the refund process. My flight was on the 25th of March from Dubai. Never ever book a ticket from MYTICKETS.AE. Customer service level is zero. At least they can send a mail or a call to inform that the refund process is in process. And might take a certain time(Approximate). So I will set my mind accordingly.

We booked ticket for domestic flight. They emailed that ticket will be sent soon. We did not receive any ticket until they mailed that flight already departed. All customer service numbers are fake. They are not responding in emails! Worst experience I have ever encountered.

Mytickets.ae is the worst website for booking flights. I have booked a flight for my brother and canceled to change to date and asked for refund. The US number is fake and they don't reply at all and even charge you for the call!! I emailed the customer service and they replied that the refund request is accepted and it's on the waiting list. It's been a week now and nothing received! The website shows the status "being refunded" while you have to wait for more than 3 months to receive it according to their policy written in the website!

So bad website and I'll never trust any broker agency to book my tickets

Since March, I have been trying to get a refund of 7500aed for my booking which was cancelled because of COVID19. Emirates have stated they have paid out third party agencies and mytickets have yet to give me a refund after countless emails which have not been replied to. They have gone off the map yet (customer service wise) yet are still selling tickets on skyscanner. I will remember to pay a little more for the next third party agency than go with mytickets.ae

Don't ever buy a ticket from this website. The customer service is horrible. They never answer the phone and on top of that it's an US number so all your credits goes while you are waiting on the line for an hour for them to reply (which they don't)

"Poor customer service"

Guys, please, stay away from this company. As they are not flexible at all, with poor customer service. My husband and I have booked the tickets to visit our family in Europe in 8 months in advance, however due to COVID the flights been cancelled several times due to which suggested dates were totally inappropriate. Since it was a carrier issue. We decided to ask for refund. My husband got confirmation the next day yet I didn't receive any reply on my inquiry till date (one week). Customer service checked and then closed my requests without any feedback. I really don't recommend this service to anyone.
