"DO NOT USE IF IN UK"

Like every other review, gutted I didn't check before purchase. Yet nothing on the website or invoices indicated the items would be imported. Spoke to them on the phone number and complete and utter denial that they're misleading customers. How is this legal?

"Same experience as everyone else - AWFUL"

Same experience as everyone else, wish I had read the reports. Huge tax invoice and now wont return my goods as I could not contact to make return. total disgrace but there is nothing I can do as complaints only accepted if in EU. Nightmare do not buy anything online!

"Replay Sneakers - prodotto difettoso, servizio scarso"

Ho comprato un paio di Sneakers Replay nell‘Outlet Barberino il 18 dicembre 2023. Il 22 dicembre 2023 la colla sulla parte superiore sul tessuto si é sciolta. Ho mandato un reclamo al Replay-Store di Barberino includendo scontrino, descrizione e foto del difetto. La risposta: mi cambierebbero il prodotto difettoso, ritirandolo di persona (vivo a 300km dal store) o pagando tutte le spese di trasporto se me lo devono mandare. Sia per mandare indietro il prodotto difettoso come anche per la spedizione del nuovo prodotto. Non mi sembra giusto e come consumatore vengo punito due volte: con un prodotto difettoso e costi extra per risolvere il problema

"FedEx scam"

I have a wardrobe full of Replay, dozens of t shirts, jeans, shirts, jackets and trainers.
Ordered 2 tshirts for Xmas and now have fedex wanting £60.97 duty tax. Invoice clearly states £0.00 shipping and handling.
They know the address and know the cost so it is an absolute disgrace and scam that they don’t point this out.
I will never purchase another Replay item ever again.
Filled in their customer service form 4 times and never got a reply, will now have a phone bill to Italy to add insult to injury.

"They add 29% tax on all orders without telling you."

When Fedex delivered, they charged me 29% tax and duties on top of the expensive order. This means that each pair of jeans were costing over £200! Nowhere did it say the package would come from abroad or say that import taxes would be due. I felt tricked and scammed. Now I have to spend HOURS trying to claim back the vat and duties, as well as have to send back the package, which does not come with return labels. AVOID!!!

"Purchased t shirt for Christmas present…"

Purchased t shirt for Christmas present which wouldn’t fit so asked for exchange and told only 15 days to do a return which had passed . Absolutely terrible customer service, no help at all , Christmas gifts should be able to be exchanged if not right . Do not use this company

"WORST. COMPANY. EVER"

Where to start! If I could give a minus rating I would. Worst company ever start to finish! Bought some jeans as a Xmas gift wanted to return them and because the returns policy of 15 days expired which landed on Boxing Day they won’t accept them back. That was the first straw and then to top it off which now I see is common FedEx send a bill for £70 even though the confirmation email says £0 shipping and handling! Apparently they state it’s in a subheader within T&Cs but surely when you input address it should be automatically updated? Isn’t that like false advertisement. Never using again and urge everyone not to use them

"Avoid!"

Avoid!! I got charged almost 50% extra for duties by FedEx. According to FedEx, you can't even get a refund for duties if you return all items. Replay is fully aware of this, but they deliberately don't inform their international customers. You can place an order from the UK without it being made clear that items are shipped from Italy and that a lot of additional costs will be charged.

"Do not purchase"

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from replay. I ordered a delivery from them, Fedex now asking for £112 for import fees as shipped from Italy. I called Replay to check their view, they were immediatley aware of the issue so I assume this happens alot, however instead of safeguarding their customers by making them aware of the charge, I was simply told it was a charge from and I quote 'Your own government' and they informed me this is written in the small print. Despite them being aware this is an issue for customers, and clearly it is given the number of negative reviews referring to the issue, they do not make this visibile in the P&P charges. Disgusting treatment of customers.

"Enttäuschende Erfahrung mit Replay: Unzufriedenstellender Kundenservice und mangelnde Unterstützung""

Ich bin äußerst enttäuscht von der Erfahrung, die ich mit dem Kundenservice von Replay gemacht habe. Trotz meiner langjährigen Treue als Kunde und zahlreichen Einkäufen in der Vergangenheit war meine letzte Interaktion sehr frustrierend.

Ich habe meine Anliegen bezüglich eines erhaltenen Produkts, das in einem unzufriedenstellenden Zustand ankam, klar und nachvollziehbar dargelegt. Trotz Vorlage von Beweisen wie Screenshots meiner Kontaktaufnahme über die Webseite, Anrufprotokollen und der Einreichung einer Reklamation wurde mir vorgeworfen, mich nicht gemeldet zu haben.

Die Unterstellung, dass ich das Produkt getragen habe, obwohl dies durch die beigefügten Bilder eindeutig widerlegt wird, ist nicht nur unangebracht, sondern verstärkt meine Frustration über die Situation.

Leider habe ich trotz mehrerer Versuche keine angemessene Unterstützung erhalten und sehe mich nun gezwungen, rechtliche Schritte in Erwägung zu ziehen. Es ist bedauerlich, dass es zu solchen Maßnahmen kommen muss, aber ich fühle mich in meiner Situation nicht fair behandelt.

Diese Erfahrung hat meine positive Meinung über Replay stark beeinträchtigt, und ich werde zukünftig meine Einkäufe anderswo tätigen.
