Absolutely Scandalous!! Free delivery when you spend over £110. They don’t tell you your order is subject to duties, taxes and fees at customs. £79!! You expect this from dodgy websites not established designer brands. It would of been cheaper for me to buy in the U.K.

AWFUL COMPANY ! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM WEBSITE.
Like other reviews, I ordered jeans from their website and was hit with a £66 bill from FedEx. I took the. To store who wouldn't exchange them and failed to call when promised.

I can’t send them back as risk paying further taxes.

Ordered 2 pairs of jeans. Arrived on time, but got a bill from fedex for £72.15 due to goods being sent from overseas. At no point during my buying was this mentioned, or I would never have ordered them. Tried to raise this with replay, but their customer service is terrible. Won’t use them again.

Everything about online is bad especially the lady daneilla is the one responseble but she won't even answer ur emails ur calls. Plz hire sumone she doesn't deserve this job. I ordered an item on the 7th June till now I haven't got my refund Coz no one is assiting

I placed an order, then cannot find the order in my account.

I want to return, but cannot find any return label in the email they sent.

OMG. I have been buying hundreds of clothes on the internet. No doubt, this is the worst. Second to none!

"Ordered loads of stuff over the years…"

Ordered loads of jeans and jackets over the years from Replay without any issues, however, that all changed with my last order.

Had a jacket delivered which was too similar to another I had so returned it as I usually do. Two weeks later an £83 invoice arrives from FedEx for vat duties. I try to call them but unsurprisingly there’s no contact number and only a link to pay the invoice. I didn’t pay it then received a reminder, which was also ignored. I then receive a letter from a debt collection agency on Monday but trying to get any sense out of them was like talking to a brick wall. I’ll now have to pay this as I don’t want my credit rating affected. Fair to say, I’ll not be buying anything from Replay again.

"Beware Import Tax on top from Fedex making buying direct ridiculously expensive."

I bought a pair of Replay jeans from a local independent clothes store & love them. Wanted another pair in the same colour but they don't have any so ordered them online direct. Bit expensive at £150 but like the trousers.
I am reasonably savy online but yes you guessed it, same as all the other comments. Hit by request for Fedex import duty of £39 making the jeans a ridiculous price. So am not paying the duty and requested via the Replayjeans customer service a refund. Doesn't feel like I'll get much of a positive experience from here on.

"Poor quality, did not allow to return despite the guarantee"

Bought a pair of jeans in the middle of March for about $160 from their dealer Inter Jeans in Israel. By the beginning of May, the fabrique on the two back pockets had worn off so that there appeared a hole on one of them and almost a hole on the other one. You can clearly see that the fabrique is wearing off. The guarantee lasts 3 months, so I took them back to the store. After a month of investigation, they determined that the damage was due to external factors. Did not allow to exchange of return money. I tried to argue that there was just one factor and it is internal (my butt) that caused the damage, but they did not listen. Never will I ever buy from replay anything again. Also from Inter Jeans. very upsetting. I expect jeans to last for AT LEAST a year, but a month and a half? Cmon!
