"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE"

WARNING! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! Order from another retailer if you really must (ironically safer than the actual designer's official site).

They NEVER REPLY TO EMAILS! EVER! No one will respond if you need to cancel an order (they just don't respond but still ship out everything to you). The jeans may look nice but it's not worth it. And from these other reviews, looks like quality and longevity of these jeans is definitely not worth it, either.

Buy these jeans from another site with an existent customer service.

"UK CUSTOMERS: DO NOT BUY FROM HERE"

What a disgusting company this has become. Ordered jeans from them for years with no issues until now. Ordered £180 jeans … suddenly charged £128.81 in “shipping duties”. Nowhere on the website does it warn of this and at no point was I asked if I accepted those charges before accepting delivery. Their website doesn’t even say their delivery comes from Italy so you can never make an informed choice. Also the EU trade agreement states that “orders are customs duty exempt if products have been largely produced and manufactured in the EU”. Replay don’t seem to acknowledge this. Can never contact their customer service phone number because no matter when you call you get a recorded message saying their offices are closed and to call back Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Contacted them via email and they just said “we warmly suggest you read the terms and conditions”. Still haven’t found anything clear! They boast “free delivery and returns”. Such a shame because I’ve never had an issue before now. Unless this new policy changes, I won’t be buying again and I strongly suggest no one outside Italy orders from this company.

Returns never picked up!
Once again the returns courier has failed to pick up my return package, this has been relayed to Replay quite a few times to rearrange collection, still waiting on pick up, extremely poor customer service from them, no one acknowledges the email or complaint. will be shopping elsewhere, not worth the hassle. order no 000000669286

Replay online store South Africa.... The service is bad with no ownership for sending an incorrect order. Emails not responded to and you have to fight for a service you paid. Daniella is the worst online support. Huge improvement needed

"Voleurs"

Voleurs ! Après commande de 4 jeans dont la taille n'allait pas, malgré un retour de l'intégralité de la commande, la société affirme n'avoir reçu que 3 jeans sur 4.
1 jeans n'a pas été remboursé. Contact est pris avec l'UFC Que Choisir et la Direction départementale de protection de la population !

Despite all bad reviews I ordered a pair of jeans,my order arrived within days ,the only thing that jeans have some defect , the seam on the leg is not even and when walking it turns over to the front of the leg, which looks ugly!I’m trying to contact costumer service to return faulty item and Sara from customer service was really helpful!I’m really happy with service what they provided and for sure I’ll order from Replay in future

"terrible customer service / return policy"

The level of online service that Replay offers its customers is truly absurd! I never had any problems with the brand, but after that unfortunately I refuse to buy any other product from you and I will make sure to pass on this experience to other customers.

I bought a pants $126 and as it was too small, I had to return it. However, I live in the US, and as the brand does not have any return service in US I had to return it to Italy - which cost $300.

The brand did not offer any other possibility other than that and because of that I could not be refunded of a purchased item that did not fit me.

Terrible customer service and unreliable brand!
The clothes’ price does not match the quality of service provided

I have shopped at Replay so many times I can’t even count. I have never ever had a bad experience. I’m in LOVE with their shoes. They last so long. I’ll keep buying here!

"Gute Passform, schlechte Qualität"

Grundsätzlich gefällt mir die Passform bei Replay-Jeans sehr gut, was auch Grund meiner Kaufentscheidung war. Leider musste ich schnell feststellen, dass die Stoffqualität nicht annähernd den hohen Preis rechtfertigt. Damit leider nicht weiterzuempfehlen. Schade.

"I will never shop with you again!!"

I have been a loyal customer of replay jeans for many years spending many thousands. The Carnaby St store is my go to. I decided to buy online in their cyber Monday sale. I shortly get a notification from FedEx that I have import duty to pay for (30% of the price I paid). This was not made clear when I bought, as it looked like a UK website. I emailed them 3 times in 3 weeks and no response. To make matters worse, I ordered 4 weeks ago and I still don't have the goods. Been delayed at customs for 3 weeks(fedex). It was a Xmas present and now I don't have anything to share with my kid as I am in limbo and paid for goods that I don't have and no idea how it will be resolved.

Thank you replay for ruining xmas, your dreadful customer service and crappy leadership who allowed this to happen.

A brand who does not care. I'll never shop with you ever again!
