"Schade"

Ich war mal großer Replay-Jeans Fan. Leider hat die Qualität in den letzten beiden Jahren so sehr gelitten, dass ich die Preise schlichtweg als Wucher bezeichnen möchte und keine weitere Jeans ihren Weg in meinen Schrank finden wird.
Der Online Service ist ohnehin unterirdisch. Schade.

"Do not buy from replayjeans gb website"

Purchased Joe Cargo trousers & pullover in '£' and with 'free delivery' for £171. Out of the blue, after delivery, received invoice from Fedex for disbursement, original duty, and original VAT of £71. Presumed it was an error in processing between Replay & Fedex. Needless to say no one has responded from either company and, with the threat to "commence legal action without further notice", I have been forced to pay! If I had more time I would take legal action against these unscrupulous companies' abuse of power.

"I have been stung by a FedEx import…"

I have been stung by a FedEx import charge, need to pay £156.92 in import tax…. Shocking.
I buy online all the time and never had to pay import taxes.
Why does Replay charge taxes, I will never order with them again, it is day light robbery, how are they allowed to get a way with this.

"Replay customers being scammed by FEDEX."

They have good stuff but i have stopped buying. Agree with other reviewers, extra costs on delivery from FEDEX. I think most of the problem is FEDEX who are sending out invoices. Note, there is a difference of Duty and Tax, FEDEX dont care they just charge you and then pass onto a debt collection department.
Don't buy until Replay get their website sorted, interesting the prices are in UK pounds.

"Don't buy if your in the UK"

Basically what everyone else says...bought 2 x pairs of shorts, nothing mentioned apart from free shipping, a month later charged £70.70 customs fees, no reply from replay. I appreciate we have fees now we have left europe but they really should be making this clear, would never have ordered them had I known about this. Will never order from them again.

"Worst online experience"

I spent 300 pounds online for some jeans and then to my surprise received a message from the courier saying I had to pay them 40% extra in duty and costs. We pay value added tax in the UK which by law has to be included in the price, there is no import duty. I have bought from other retailers e.g. RL and Ted Baker who also deliver from the EU and have never had this issue. VAT is on the invoice. To make matters worse, the online form to contact them gives the following message if you try and complain "The requested URL was rejected.". I will never buy from them again. If you read this replay my order number is ORD-UK-E-000004132. You should immediately take down your UK website as it just a scam website

"FedEx custom duties for items ordered…"

FedEx custom duties for items ordered from UK website (£53 fees for £110 worth of clothes, which in any case I returned). At no point did it mention the items would be shipped from Europe and the website said 'Free Shipping' with not even the slightest mention of potential for customs / import duties unless you read the fine print in their terms and conditions. I will never order from Replay again.

"Online shop has hidden charges"

I ordered jeans in the online shop - no mention of any additional charges for shipping or import. Then FedEx contacted me with an invoice for £74 (jeans cost £180).

I contacted Replay twice through the online portal to complain about this and ask for a refund and I have received no response.

"Paket wurde vor die Tür gelegt (…"

Das Paket wurde an der Tür des Ladenlokals in der Verkaufsstraße abgelegt. Die Qualität der Verarbeitung der Hose war so enttäuschend, dass ich eine Rücksendung veranlasst habe. Ich habe die Rücksendung per E-Mail beantragt, aber der Link zum Rücksendeetikett funktioniert nicht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Replay Shop gestaltet sich als schwierig.

"DO NOT BUY FROM REPLAY"

Exactly the same complaint as all other buyers. Two days after receiving my items, I received an emailing confirming I have to pay £60 in customs/tax charges to FedEx. I never would have ordered from them if I'd known. It means one t shirt has gone from costing £45 to £105 which is just ridiculous. Don't buy from their online store, you WILL be charged ridiculous customs fees.
