Scammer alert!! Like other reviews, if I could I would give a zero. I ordered my product, it was taken from my credit card, but I never received the product. Received emails from Petyfy stating that product was behind schedule. I ordered about 2 1/2 months ago. I tried contacting them several times and never receive a response. I wish I would have looked for reviews before I ordered.

I ordered my products on December 26th and still have not recipe my products every time I try and get an answer I get the same automatic responses and it takes days for anyone to respond, so far not happy at all, I hate leaving bad reviews and have tried to let them make it up, but now they are telling me my items ore sold out and now I’m fighting to get a respond for my refund

I wish I read these reviews - I ordered a dog coat and a puppy back pack on Dec 17th, it is Jan 25th and they still haven’t arrived. I have contacted the company to complain and enquire twice but have not received any reply To add insult to injury- I did receive an email asking me to rate and review the items that I never received- DONT GIVE THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY ANY BUSINESS.

I ordered a backpack and did not receive for three weeks...the backpack did not fit my puppy and I did not receive any info from the company about returns for another week. They want me to mail the backpack to Austria for more money than i paid with no guarantee they will refund. Very bad customer service.

I received the coat on 12/28/20, roughly 3 weeks or so after I ordered it online. I have a 16 lb dog that wears a large coat. When I received the coat, the coat would not wrap around my dog, the coat was roughly two sizes to small.
I contacted the company and never received a response until I followed back up with them. The customer service rep who answered my email didn't understand what I was telling them that the size they sent me was correct, but the size was two sizes two small and I wanted a refund. As of 1/24/21, I have reached out to the company three times and have not received a response back and they are ignoring me.
I had to contact my credit card company to fight the actual charge and they have credited my credit card in full.
Do not be fooled, this company is a joke and the coat came from China, it was fully shipped from China and made there. The ad came up on my Instagram page and should have done research before ordering.
DO NOT ORDER THEIR CHINA CRAP!

I should have read these reviews prior to placing the order. My complaint is and echo to all the previous one star complaints. I did send a email on the 23 Jan 2021 requesting a responses for the status of the order. Did recieve a response on the same day from a person name Pearl. All it stated is that they acknowledge the recieval of my email and a ticket was created. With a disclaimer stating there will likely be a delayed. Not holding my breath for a status response, since they haven't been in touch since the order was placed. I would not recommend this product to anyone in the clubs I belong to. Will post this on the clubs websites.
Very unhappy customer.
