"It doesn't deserve even one star"
It doesn't deserve even one star. I bought a coat and a pair of boots for my puppy for Christmas. The merchandise arrived a MONTH after my purchase. My puppy who was 11 weeks old at the time purchase grew up by then and didn't fit in the merchadise hence I wanted to return the items. I contacted the customer service and I was given a return address in Austria (you think this would be a joke!) which isn't in line with the return policy on their website. When I pointed this out to them, I haven't heard back. I have waited a week and now I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. Shame on you, what a scam you are Petyfy!

"Terrible customer service"
Ten days ago, I ordered a waterproof jacket and got an immediate confirmation email, but no order number. I have not received any updates letting me know the product has shipped. And two attempts to contact the company have produced no responses. My credit card has already been processed and I have no way to cancel the order. I'll probably buy a different jacket elsewhere and return this one for a refund if it ever arrives.

Ordered nice looking carriers for my dogs. I did not know that the items came from China, and that is where I see this company gets lots of bad reviews. Not the quality of the merchandise, because I have not received the items yet, but in the communication and practically useless app they ask you to download for tracking purposes. The shipping takes an extremely long time and there you are, excited about your purchase but have no idea of what is going on, the app will not give you any information or updates. I wish their products would not come from China, or at least that the shipping agency would give you updates every few days. All the excitement of purchasing the carriers is gone, way too long of a wait without knowing what is going on. I don't think I will order from Petify again. Looking around for other sellers, Chewy has great communication and fast shipping, will see what they have in their store.

"Still no order"
Still no order. Been 6 weeks and the app they tell you to download to track your order, there still isn't any tracking uploaded regarding my order. Wish I reviewed the poor customer service comments before even placing my order what a waste of $45. Never again.

"Poor Customer Service"
After 5 weeks I finally received my order. It came with no invoice or return/exchange slip. I ordered two XL coats for my French bulldogs as suggested on the website. These XL coats did not even come close to fitting my dogs. I tried emailing but no answer once again. I have two coats that I paid for and can't use. I will never order from this company again.

"Terribly Upset Customer"
I ordered two coats for my dogs on 12/15/20. It say it will take 8-10 days to get it. But the shipping notice came on 12/25/20. I still have NOT received my order. The tracking shows shipping info was received by the carrier. It still shows the same info. I contacted customer service twice and they keep telling me it is in transit! Horrible! This is my first order with the company and it will be the last. They charged my CC the day I ordered and I am beyond frustrated.

I waited five weeks for my order to come in before emailing customer service for a replacement. After a lot of back and forth they offered a refund, and then ignored subsequent follow up emails for two weeks. I still haven’t gotten my refund for the lost shipment and haven’t heard back from them. Truly awful customer service

I ordered a backpack and dog sweater on Dec. 27. This is Jan. 20 and no word as to when or if my order has been shipped. I was billed for the order shortly after I ordered, so the company has my order. I can download an app to track the order, however, I do not want to download an app to my phone or computer. If I had known it was coming from China, I would not have ordered. The expression, "It's on the slow boat from China", tends to be very true in this case. I do wish I had seen the other customer complaints before I ordered...BEWARE FUTURE CUSTOMERS!

"I would have given less that one star"
I would have given less that one star. I ordered an XXL large jacket that came many weeks later. The size would not fit a chihuahua. Their size chart and what you get are very different. The have responded to emails but they have been very genaric stating that they would turn the email over to corprate for a decision. They have not returned any emails since. I am stuck with an unusable jacket and much frustration. Do not order from this company
