Adding to the ‘don’t touch’ theme! I really wouldn’t give one star if it was an option. Ordered personalised gift, received dispatch email, Website states will send tracked. Email stated sent 2nd class. No item. Gave benefit as Easter weekend. Tried every form of contact, nothing, no response, no answer just voicemail. Took up with PayPal two weeks later, asking for refund, as no longer needed (had to buy elsewhere due to delay and lack of customer service) suddenly the item appeared having been sent via tracked delivery. So I now have a personalised item I can’t do anything with and am out of pocket twice!

Yet another 'wish I'd read the reviews' review! I ordered a personalised item on 14th April as a gift for a 14yr old family member with cancer, which I intended to give her before her chemo started. I have sent the Company three emails and tried ringing once. No reply to everything. I will now be going through Paypal to get my money back and will look into reporting them to Trading Standards. Absolute scam company - do not touch with a bargepole!

Yet another disappointed customer.They took my money straight away and I have no special engraved jewellery, ordered for my daughters birthday 5th May. Contacted PayPal resolution centre to see if monies can be refunded as company do not get back to emails. Do Not Use!!!!!! SCAM

I ordered a gift over two weeks ago! I have emailed them 4 times and not had a reply once! I wish I would of read the reviews now. What a joke of a company never order from this company and save your money!

Adding to the long list of reviewers who think this so called company are acting fraudulently. My order never arrived no answer to phone calls or emails. Went through paypal's resolution centre no response again from them. Asked paypal to investigate and now have my money returned. Must be hundreds of dissatisfied customers.

ARGH should have read the reviews on here first. Ordered a personalised mug 13 April for a little girl's birthday. Got an order confirmation and my money has been taken but nothing since and birthday been and gone - emails and phone calls unanswered. AVOID

Unfortunately, seem like everyone else posting reviews that this company takes orders, takes the money then is impossible to get in touch with, making me believe they are acting fraudulently. Have never received goods ordered. Have monitored and their website continues to be updated, so still trading, although not fulfilling customer orders.

Ordered a engagement present for my friend on 1st April and I’m still yet to receive it. I’ve emailed 3 times, and left two voicemails. I have let PayPal know and will now be getting in touch with trading standards too. DO NOT USE THEM, their obv in financial trouble and still taking people money. Their credit rating is appalling
