Disgraceful Service! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
On Friday 12th March I ordered some 'Puppy Milestone Cards' which I believe is enough notice for the item to be delivered before I collect my puppy tomorrow Saturday 6th April.
I emailed the team after 1 week to advise that I haven't received my item. The agent advised that I need to wait 10 working days? Okay so I wasn't aware of this and I would have never of paid a delivery charge for 10 working days.
Again, I emailed the team on the 10th day to advise I still haven't received my item. All I got was "It will be with you at the end of this week"
Surprise, surprise. It's Friday 5th April and I still haven't received my order 3 weeks after purchasing the item.
I have emailed today to ask what is going on and how stressed this has made me and now the milestone cards are pointless as we collect out puppy tomorrow. I have been ignored.
I will never ever in my life use this company again, I am very upset that I won't be able to use the cards with my puppy.
I also asked for a refund to be ignored.
Do not use this company, they have no good customer service and do not take your complaint seriously. The most worse service I have ever received in my life.

Impressive Performance.
I ordered a Map Mug and unfortunately it got lost in the post, the first time in years that something has gone astray. I was truly impressed with the speed and efficiency with which Ian at "A Little Bit Special" helpfully sorted the problem out for me and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

"Very poor quality"
I purchased a teddy for my niece's christening and I must say I'm very dissapointed with it it looks old and shabby a thing that I would have thrown in the bin needless to say I will not be ordering from this site again

I purchased a map mug listed as available for "any postcode". I scroll down, add to basket, and see the line below that also says "any postcode". A screen further down it gives postcode exceptions, but I never saw that - why would I be looking. They still accepted the order, and sent a random postcode mug - not much good to me! The Advertising Standards Agency agreed with me and forced them to change the product page. But they won't give a refund. So disappointed in their morals.

"Lovely company, fab service."
I had A Little Bit Special do a mug for me for my Mom with a picture of my parents when they were young. My Dad is now deceased.
The service was fantastic. There was a problem with the format of the pic as it was a very old tiny photo that I had sent. They contacted me straight away to give me ideas on how best to send it and as soon as it was completed, it was dispatched. The communication was excellent, from placing the order through to the very speedy dispatch. I can only say how pleased I am with the purchase; the mug is of good quality and I am very happy with how it turned out. I can 100% recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you very much A Little Bit Special, you have made my Mom very happy!

"Unable to fulfil orders on time"
Incredibly poor service, ordered a frame with a 3-5 day production lead time, chased several times 2 responses, one stating it would leave on the 5th day and the other stating it was running a day late and they would upgrade postage. Following day still not despatched, and no longer responding to emails or phone calls on the 8th working day. Unable to comment on quality as item has not arrived. Poor information, dishonest claims, be very wary shopping with A little bit special

Nice item,very bad customer service,no apologies and had to contact 3 times,make sure you leave triple the time website says if you are wanting item as present
