"Scam website don’t use !!!!!"

I have placed an order on 16 th April money was taken straight away and an email sent with dispatched item.
Stil not received item, not answering calls or emails.
Do Not Use THis Site!!!!!!

Ordered a personalised photo frame as a special gift for my godson's christening, paid for 1st class postage to ensure I received it before the christening (taking into account the easter bank holidays). Haven't received the item although the money was taken straight away. Emailed them twice with no response. Escalated the case through PayPal and sent 2 messages to try and resolve the issue, still had no response.
Terrible company, appalling customer service, absolute thieves. I'm so annoyed.

DO NOT buy from this site!!! They’ve taken my money but not sent the item! I’ve emailed & called the number on their site but have had no reply!! I’m now out of pocket and have to go else where for the gift. Extremely disgusted!

AVOID!! No items received (ordered 48 days ago). Have contacted several times with no response to request a full refund so am now reporting to the Trading Standards, BBC Watchdog and researching taking legal action as they are clearly breaching the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I really wish I had read these reviews before ordering and they seem to have shut down their facebook page to make it harder to review them.

As so many people on here. I ordered 2 personalised lunch bags for my kids for Easter (order 4thApril). Goods not received, emails and phone calls unanswered. I have escalated through PayPal and reported to Trading Standards.Please, never use this company.

I ordered a personalised birthday book at the beginning of April, I had an email telling me that this has been dispatched on the 12th apr and I've had no order turn up , I have emailed three times tried contacting them over Facebook which now their page has gone and I've had no reply.

i ordered a Golden Anniversary clock on 20th April and paid £26.14, the money was taken out without a couple of days, i requested that i wanted by Thursday 2nd May as it is the couples party on Saturday 4th May. i emailed the company on Monday and also left a Voicemail but received no message or call back, i sent another 2 emails and left another 2 Voicemails today and still not heard back. This is a scam. i am reporting them tomorrow to the Standards agency.

Like everyone else on here. Ordered a special watch for my son. It was his main present. A month before we get an email saying despatched. Nothing arrived. Now post his birthday. One very disappointed boy and very sad family. Please check reviews before purchasing from this company.

A company that delivers disappointment.
Placed an order 5th April as a gift. I was sent an email so I could track the item in the post. The tracking number was not recognised. This worried me so I emailed the company but they never replied. Have emailed again and still no response. Clearly they do not care about customers. It never arrived and I am still awaiting delivery. I will never waste my time or money on this sham of a company. As I read the rest of the reviews see I am not alone. DO NOT USE THIS SITE if you do not want to be disappointed.
