"OBVIOUSLY A FAKE COMPANY"

Like others - should have checked the reviews. Ordered a mirror for my 18 year old goddaughter on 3rd April. I'm still waiting. Had an email 4th April saying 'in production' and another on 8th April from Ian - Customer Liaison saying order due to be dispatched. Another email on 9th April saying item dispatched. ITEM STILL HASN'T APPEARED. I have sent numerous emails, made numerous phone calls, left messages etc and still no response. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OBVIOUSLY A SCAM COMPANY - DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CON ARTISTS

Should have checked the reviews before ordering a personalised mug as an Easter gift for someone from A Little Bit Special.
Got dispatch email confirmation on 12th April but item still not arrived.
Have emailed repeatedly and left voicemail but no response to date.
They were quick enough to take my money. Don't know if the site is a scam or if they are just useless. Either way I would definitely suggest you go elsewhere if looking to buy something a little bit special!

"Items not received, no response from company"

Ordered some personalised mugs for a wedding and paid for delivery in1-2 days. It’s now 3 weeks later, the wedding has been and gone and I am out of pocket with nothing to show for it. Have emailed the company twice and left a voicemail twice. Not received any response or update on my order. Just tried messaging them on Facebook, so will see a how that goes.

Do not buy from this company, as many other reviews have said. I received a dispatch email on 4th April but have received no item. The company have ignored my 3 emails. Terrible customer service.

"BE WARNED"

On 10th April 2019 an e-mail stated that my order had been sent by 2nd Class mail (having paid by Pay Pal.) Today is the 25th, and nothing has arrived. Despite two e-mails (both ignored) and a call to their offices (voicemail) there is no response.
Please note: Their 0333 number "is a special phone number that cannot be associated with any geographical location."
Similar reviews suggest a fraudulent company, that ought to be investigated.

Same issue as others below. I ordered a personalised cushion cover for a Birthday present at the end of March. I received an email stating the item had been despatched on 5th April 19. I have still not received my order. I have sent 3 emails to the enquiries email address and have had no response. I have called twice and it has reached voicemail each time. I left a message but no one has called back. This company has already taken the money for the item.

Same issues with delivery as others. Item ordered for first class delivery. Dispatch email sent on 3rd April. Nothing received, customer service unhelpful and only reply when it suits. Finally opened a paypal dispute for consistent responses and reply replacement item received yesterday (18th). I think there's something to be said for the fact this company’s items keep getting ‘lost in the post’. Order elsewhere.

"Disappointed customer"

Order placed on 26th March for 3 engraved bottle boxes. E-mail received 1st April to say order despatched by 1st class mail. To date 15th April my order has not been received. I have sent 3 e-mails and also left a telephone message but I have not received a response. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service provided by this company not to mention being £35.86 out if pocket.

"Issues initially but resolved via PayPal"

I previously wrote a 1 star review stating my product hadn’t arrived 2 weeks after dispatch and there was no response to emails. I raised a case on PayPal to which the company did reply and a replacement was sent. This has came today and I am happy with the product and therefore amending my original review. I would have put 5 star had the issues not happened with my original order. The gran photo frame which was meant to be a Mother’s Day present but will now be an Easter present since it’s so late but I’m sure my mum will be happy none the less!

16 days I've been waiting for my order!
Left messages, no-one has had the decency to call me back!
First email was answered within minutes stating order will be with me any day now! All other emails....no reply!
Payment has been taken from my account and I paid extra for faster delivery.
My order wasn't expensive, but it was a present for my Mum for Mother's Day.
