"Stay away from HotelsClick.com"

Just to confirm other peoples stories: HotelsClick.com is most likely a scam. Early June this year I booked and paid for 4 hotel rooms for 4 days in Innsbruck next February. Then mid December I got a cancellation note out of the blue, due to "technical reasons". I have without success been trying to get in touch with HotelsClick ever since. I have also spoken to the hotel and got confirmed that the rooms were booked in June and then cancelled by a local agency (which I had never heard of) late November. I then contacted the local agency, who could inform me that they had received the cancellation from another agency (which was also new to me). Between my booking and the hotels there were then at least three agencies. Neither the hotel nor the agencies higher up in this chain had seen my money with the booking. The money I paid, appr. 2500 USD, has then been with HotelsClick all the time. In the cancellation note to me HotelsClick advised that the refund would be arranged in "a few days". This is now three weeks ago.

If anybody has any information as to the status of HotelsClick.com (is it bankrupt? is it out of business?) and any contact information I will be grateful.

Mir ging es gleich wie hier schon oft beschrieben. Buchungsbestätigung bekommen und nach ca. 1 Monat wegen technischen Problemen storniert. Nach Rücksprache beim Hotel selbst war hier gar nie ein Zimmer für mich reserviert.

I want to tell you all a little story, a story about a thieving holiday company. Now this company takes your booking, takes your payment and even sends a CONFIRMATION EMAIL. This clever company waits many months and sends you a new EMAIL telling you that your BOOKING HAS BEEN CANCELLED. They even advise you to get in touch with the resort as they can NO LONGER GUARANTEE your rooms. So, I rang the resort and YES THE BOOKING HAS INDEED BEEN CANCELLED. I asked who cancelled it and why ? The RESORT informed me that HOTELSCLICK.COM had cancelled the booking and GAVE NO REASON as to why they were cancelling the booking. I asked if any monies had been paid for the booking and was told NO. NO MONEY WAS RECEIVED with the original booking. Now this is HOW CLEVER this scumbag company is, I reported this FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION to my bank. They can do NOTHING to retrieve the funds as it is over their 120 day cap on such actions. The bottom line is I am out $1360, can't get it back and nothing I can do against this company which operates out of ITALY. Sadly since this happened I have been researching this company and this is a COMMON PRACTICE for them, and yes, NO ONE GETS THEIR MONEY BACK. I have sent 14 emails asking for a reason and a refund and NO RESPONSE. They are outright THIEVES

Hice una reserva en julio previo pago del importe y en noviembre me dicen que la reserva ha sido anulada, me dicen que en los próximos días me avisarían de como se haría el reembolso, y despues de un mes, no hay noticias, contestacion por mail ni contestan al teléfono nunca. Qué puedo hacer???? Quiero recuperar mi dinero!!
Si hubiese demanda colectiva, ruego me informen

Hice una Reserva en abril, accedí a su página a travez de trivago, me cobraron mediante la tarjeta de crédito. El 30/11/2018 me mandaron un email comunicándo que la reserva fue cancelada. NO ME REINTEGRARON EL DINERO. NO TENGO RESERVA. NO RESPONDEN TELEFONO NI EMAIL. ESTAFADORES. TRIVAGO ES SOLIDARIO EN LA ESTAFA A MILLONES DE USUARIOS YA QUE EN ELLOS DEPOSITAMOS NUESTRA CONFIANZA Y FUIMOS GUIADOS POR SU PAGINA A HOTELES CLIC .

HotelsClick Cancelled my booking 10 days before travel, leaving me £1400 out of pocket and little time to book alternative accommodation.
Very very poor experience.
I await my refund.
Feel scammed, especially at this time of year.
