"HOTELSCLICK TIMO!!!"

Reservé en agosto una habitación por el importe de 330€. Me la aceptaron y el 30/11 me envían un mensaje diciendo que por problemas técnicos no pueden confirmar mi reserva. Le envío correos y me responden al 1° diciendo que en un plazo de 15 días laborables debe haber sido reembolsado. Se ha pasado el plazo y aún no me lo han devuelto. Le envío correos y no contestan.
¿Qué debo hacer?

MI EXPERIENCIA CON HOTELSCLICK ES UN AUTÉNTICO DESASTRE.

El pasado 26 de octubre, realicé una reserva de dos habitaciones a través de Hotelckicks para el VIP EXECUTIVE ART´S la noche del 6 de diciembre.
Así, el 28 de noviembre, me comunicaron por email que podía haber un problema con dicha reserva, quecontactara con el hotel para confirmarla. Eso hice y meescribieron comentando que no había problema.
Sin embargo, el 30 de noviembre, recibo un nuevo correo confirmando una cancelación de la reserva que no había hecho. Al ser una reserva con cancelación gratuita, afirmaban que en breve recibiría el dinero reembolsado. Al llamar al hotel, me explicaron que así era, que lo había hecho la agencia. Al escribir a Hotelclick, me explicaron que había un problema técnico con las reservas y que era imposible recuperarla. Tuve que reservar por otra plataforma y seguir sus instrucciones para recuperar el dinero, pero a día de hoy (23 de diciembre) todavía no me han realizado la devolución después de varios correos y mensajes en el contestador.

Es una estafa reserve en orlando, me cancelar no me han devuelto mi dinero, me uno a la demanda.

"Betrug"

Auch uns ist es wie vielen vorher ergangen. Im März 2018 2 Doppelzimmer in Berlin gebucht und Voucher erhalten. Das Geld wurde bereits einbehalten. 2 Tage vor der Anreise kam eine EMail mit der Stornierung der Buchung. Mein sofortiger Anruf im Hotel hat ergeben, dass nie ein Zimmer reserviert wurde. Trotz zweimaliger schriftlicher Aufforderung wurde der einbehaltene Betrag bisher nicht erstattet. Eine Rückmeldung erfolgte bisher auch nicht!
Anfang 2019 werde ich eine Betrugsanzeige erstatten und einen Rechtsanwalt einschalten.

Anche a me la medesima situazione. Prenotazione da me effettuata il 26/10/2018 con addebito immediato su carta di credito e voucher emesso. Il 27/11/2018 mi mandano mail di cancellazione che sfortunatamente non ho letto . Il giorno 8 dicembre mi presento a Torino e ho l'amara sorpresa di non avere la camera. Ho quindi dovuto cercare di sera tarda un altro albergo perché in quello prenotato non ve ne erano piu' di disponibili . Oltre al danno di aver pagato 2 volte la camera anche la beffa!!!!!!!! Hotelsclick al telefono non risponde, alle mail non risponde e ha tolto dal sito il link su cui poter lasciare messaggi dall'area cliente registrato…..
TRATTASI QUINDI DI UNA TRUFFA!!!!!!

Hotelclick.com cheat customers. I book a hotel in Astoria Current in boracay and when i went to hotel, they said i cancelled my booking 4days ago - which i did not do. They got my money and they did not reply to email request for refund. This shall served as a warning -- NEVER deal with Hotelclick.com its a SCAM company!

They always cheat customers.
I was suddenly cancelled my hotel booking.
I’ve repeatedly sent messages customer center, it doesn’t make any sense.
Just avoid them.

Hotelsclick. com is a scam, I made a reservation H2018-40727 several months before the trip, a few days before the trip I got an email from them saying the booking was cancelled without explanation and when I complained they told me they had a system issue in their company and " unfortunately " the booking was cancelled and asking me to book again with other company,.
After several email with their customer care, the still do not refund me for the hotel that I paid.
NEVER use this company, their are not a company!!!!
Anyone knows how can we consumers act to close down that kind of businesses?

"HotelsClick cancelled a reservation and did not refund me"

I did a reservation on 09/28/2018 and HotelsClick cancelled it on 12/12/2018 without any justification, I called the Hotel directly to understand if the problem was the Hotel (Holiday Inn Celebration Area) but they informed me through email that HotelsClick cancelled the booking without any explanation. I received a confirmation from HotelClick about the cancelation but they did not refund me. Unfortunetely I did not check the origin of this website but with many negative comments found later I just can say that it is fake. Don´t trust in this website. For whom that faced the same problem I strong recommend to report this situation to local authorities in Venice-Italy where this website is located/ registered.

Ho ricevuto una mail di annullamento della prenotazione da parte di hotelsclick in data 27 novembre 2018 e, dopo mio sollecito, una mail in cui hanno detto che avrebbero comunicato le modalità di rimborso nella stessa data. Poi nulla più e nessuna risposta alle mie mail si sollecito al customer care. Che disdetta!!!!
